這家酒店就是黑心酒店，我是9月30號晚上在車上訂的酒店，想在下火車就過去看，我關注到了1號六點之前不得退房，所以我就五點去了那家酒店，看了下情況不對我就要退房，結果我看手機下單那裡沒有顯示退房，是已入住我人都還沒到就已經給我辦好了入住了，這邊要求他退房他還態度非常不好，總之就是這三天酒店住也好不住也好就已經是板上釘釘的事了。我真沒想到通化會有這種人，我一個外地人想在通化玩幾天，第一天來就感受這樣的通化人的待遇，讓我怎麼相信通化這座城市，這家酒店真的不要去訂不要去網上下單，因為你衹要下單了他那邊就給你安排入住，也就是説不需要你去用身份證辦理入住也可以，我就是住都沒在那住，白白給他騙走了三天的房費，他肯定開心死了，我找了同程旅遊客服，他對客服也是同樣的態度，這種人衹看眼前這點錢都有必要去欺騙嗎，人品這麼差他以為衹是個人，沒想過一個外地人來這遇到這種事對這座城市的影響帶來多大的影響，他***想嗎，最後我找了客服也沒辦法，客服給我補償了100塊錢，這家店誰去誰倒黴，真的去了就知道這些圖都是假的，不要在這下單相信我，這些好評都是他個人發的！這家店就讓他自己在那發黴發爛，黑心商家，真的是黑心！遠離

前台服務很好。
設施的話坐便器有點小哦，淋浴水流略小，屋裡有個可以移動的木桌挺方便。
衞生牆角有蜘蛛網哦
環境挺安靜的雖然距離鐵道近但沒影響到我的睡眠。不過牆體多少有些裂縫呢。

距離火車站很近，價格實惠。從通化去長白山是很有特色的一條路線，坐着衹有3節車廂的綠皮火車，穿行在長白山的原始森林中。到長白山站後，可坐公交車到二道白河鎮。

二樓特別高，行李又多，拿不上去，想讓前台幫一下忙代保管一下，第二天就拿走，很是不耐煩，還給換了一個特別差的房間，沒有第二次了
