很糟糕的入住體驗 電視機不能點播 衹能看直播 浴缸的水是黃的 放了很久都是 完全是浪費錢 衞生環境真的堪憂 不會再住了

總的體驗感不是很好。預訂的陽台房，辦理入住後跟預訂的房間不一樣，後來打電話説房間搞錯了，換到了另外一邊的房間。結果洗手池的水龍頭壞的，每次用老是掉。洗澡的噴頭，也有點，個別孔是壞的。預訂後會員權益，可以延遲退房2點，結果不到12點的時候打電話説讓退房，告知了延遲退房權益，就説是沒有這個權益。（原本吃了午飯退房，結果急忙忙回去收拾退房走了。）
優點的就是，距離西柵還算是比較方便，走路十分鐘的樣子。

酒店房間在外面的 出去還要走3分鐘 一個小弄堂進去進去默默暗的走道 內心都要崩了 房間燈麼也暗的要命

住的套房，一千多塊錢怎麼就處臟兮兮的感覺，廁所空間小的，我老公188個坐下子都能撞到腦袋，廁所空間小就算了，還沒有排風，拉個臭臭都能把我薰暈。燈光賊暗化粧看也看不清。我老公還被蚊子咬了一晚上～這網圖是咋拍出來的。醉了。

體驗感很差。與照片看的不一樣房間。住的是閣樓，隔音非常差，隔壁的xx聲音如臨其境。再就是地板很臟，熱水器炒雞炒雞差，一下涼一下熱，讓人應接不暇。馬桶不好用。送的下午茶也沒主動説，退房的時候我問才給我説在後麪的樓裏自助，真心栓Q。

老顧客…時隔三年，原訂套房，但被告知電路故障出問題，所以幫我們改為兩間大床房，但這次體驗比第一次差很多，阿姨搞衞生不是很到位，照片就不上了，希望衞生方面要加強提高，洗手盆希望改良，水龍頭離洗手池太近非常低，洗毛巾都不方便，酒店有些牆壁已經發黴，希望這個要改善改善，建議有陽台的房間能配備晾衣桿，在陽台晾衣服比較好，管家服務很到位，也很親切，謝謝管家！

前台不錯，還準備了一次性刮鬍刀。離景區比較近，可以走着去景區。附近吃飯的地方比較多，還有超市。房間大小不錯，就是網上的圖片，可能是以前的，需要更新一下了。

19年來和閨蜜來玩住過這家，所以這次專門又訂了這家，離景區大門步行幾分鐘就到，周邊吃飯很方便。老闆還會叫車接送站。放間有膠囊咖啡機。
