先説位置，距離地鐵站就過一個馬路，距離環球影城兩站。定了1.5天的環球影城票。第一天下午入園，晚上回到酒店，一看環境太好了，設施齊全，並且很新。大浴缸，孩子晚上凍壞了。泡了澡，就沒出去吃飯，定的外賣，這個位置啥外賣都有，孩子吃的必勝客，粥，我們定的龍蝦牛蛙，都超級好吃，第二天早餐我孩子已經1.5米了，前台贈送我們孩子的，暖心，酒店還能租到哈利波特服裝，真是不出門啥也可以，第二天環球影城出來就下大雪了，本來定了一晚，臨時決定再住一晚，拍錯了房型，沒有浴缸，跟前台一説，接着又給換了房，我們要補差價，前台又給我們免了，小姑娘説話一萬很温柔和氣，出行這次住的最滿意的一次。個人感覺住在這裏比住環球裏面還方便。推薦。

很好。
去北環超方便。地鐵就2站。而且酒店出門就是地鐵站。
推薦去玩的人買1.5日或者2日票+買速通或者vip+周邊地鐵附近酒店。
這樣的組合，可以無痛刷玩，不累，性價比也高。
酒店主要客人是來玩北環的。所以對應的配套服務特別好。
有深夜一碗麪，玩好回來補充體力正好。不過我們沒吃。我們出園區後發現有全聚德，還不排隊。烤鴨吃飽了，吃不下湯麪了。
酒店還有租魔法袍。住客還起來也方便。
酒店的早餐也推薦加。因為目測周邊沒啥早餐店。而且早餐種類在也算多。
春節入住送了小孩糖，房間還送水果。
要説有什麼缺點
出門的地鐵站，入站不管怎樣都得爬樓梯。行李太大會有點麻煩。我沒有找到電梯。（當然這不是酒店的問題）

環境：酒店就在地鐵出口，一過馬路就到，很方便。環境不錯，房間也挺大的！室內還有個大浴缸，房間設計很特別。
衞生：衞生乾淨整潔
設施：周邊沒有餐飲店，感覺比較偏僻，但是外賣可以選擇性還挺多的

很少給不太滿意的評價，事件始末着實讓人哭笑不得。我訂的是行政套房，酒店出於非常無語的原因給我安排了低一個檔次的房間，想以次充好，當我提出異議時，還聲稱是和我訂的是同樣的房型，當人是**呢，最後投訴到攜程，才不得不換回對的房間。第二天也沒有等到相關領導的解釋和補償，這酒店的服務人員的服務意識必需要提高啊，水平太低，讓消費者非常不爽。下圖一是我訂的套房，圖二是他們給我的房間，圖三是聊天記錄，請大家認真識別。

酒店有浴缸，水温大概四十度左右，圓形浴缸，水放滿基本就涼了，泡澡的要求幾乎達不到，臨時決定去環球影城玩兒，除了在酒店不太舒服，別的都挺好，本來想在前台買環球影城的門票，結果發現比攜程還貴一點點，就沒有買，前台小姐姐也從剛開始答應的申請一下送早餐變成了很生硬的説入住的時候就已經和你説過了，降房不退差價，早餐需要另外收費，咋説呢，那大家就都不好説話就得了，好久沒給過差評了

房間裏有很濃的煙味和香味混合的味道，很不舒服，隔音效果很差，樓道和隔壁房間的聲音都能聽到，客房裡能透過門底下的縫看到樓道的燈光，門連密封都算不上，怎麼隔音呢！一晚上沒怎麼睡，第二天人都很不舒服。喜靜和不喜歡煙味的朋友請繞行，給大夥兒避個坑。房間倒是挺寬敞，床也很大。我這趟出門住了4個酒店，這家是唯一踩雷的。

我四十五歲，去過的地方不少，從星級到快捷酒店也都體驗過。第一次遇見房間裏沒有牙具的，而且是打電話問前台要過之後，直到退房都沒給送！前台小姐姐説，北京政府有規定不允許房間內放牙具！我內心默默的疑問🤔前一天在東直門入住的那間酒店是違反了政府的規定了！真是無語😓另外房間隔音等於沒有，隔壁孩子的哭鬧聲、小姐姐跟男朋友耍脾氣都聽的一清二楚！房間窗户是開着的，温度很低，後來叫了服務員費好大勁才關上！總之，體驗感拔拔涼
