We arrived late by driving at around 11 pm,, the main door was locked, found no one in the receptionist, and had no phone or a direct method to reach a staff ... waited and worried for about 20 minutes ...

I already knew this hotel which I found very good. I will repeat for the times when I have to go to Toulouse, spacious, clean and sufficient room. The sanitary facilities were also very good. Decent breakfast with choice. A successful stay.
