10 minutes from the center by bus. We arrived later than 8pm, they gave us the code to obtain the key over the phone. Very uncomfortable pillow.

Well located hotel, very pleasant staff. Really great sauna and swimming pool.

Very good value for money Spacious and well equipped

Following my reservation on trip.com (so I paid for my stay), I showed up at the hotel. The person at the front desk tells me the hotel is full and they don't have my reservation. He explained to me that trip.com was responsible. I am forced to urgently look for another hotel (and pay again of course) So I paid twice for my stay. Trip.com and this hotel should be banned, SCANDALOUS. What must I do now ???

This is the 3rd time we have come to this establishment, we have never been disappointed

The staff are friendly, can speak English, and have a good attitude. The corridors are a bit spooky but the rooms are nice. Remember to bring your own water, the hotel does not have a vending machine or a 24-hour front desk.

Very far from the center, horrible night unbearable noise

Me and my two sons arrived around 1400 to the hotel after long travel and short night day before. Nobody in the hotel, no one answered the phone call even (automatic message). Checking on Sundays at 1700. Checking out at 1000 morning. They need 7 hrs to prepare the room. Few years ago it was much better and better contact. From year or two it is getting worst and worst. I had to take another hotel, more normal and with good staff. It is a nice hotel, with swimming pool and sauna, nice big and comfortable rooms. The no contact with the hotel destroyed everything.

Everyone is so nice in this hotel. People are very nice, the food is very good and the activities are great. Except the reception who treated us very badly at check in.

Staff were nice. I believe they were doing their best but the place is very run down. The swimming pool is tiny, it's impossible to enjoy it. Beds are uncomfortable, very old. Bathroom is in a desperate need of an update. Enclosed parking was good.

The room needs serious updating especially the carpet and bathroom. It didn't feel clean enough.
