GGuest UserVery nice hotel, at the end of rue nationale, with commercial street and tram downstairs, close to place plumereaux, very good location. The room at the end of the corridor is very large, with good facilities, good soundproofing, and warm and patient service. The small flaw is that there are a few stains on the carpet in the room. Breakfast was added on the last day, and the buffet was very rich.

RRachelThe location is fantastic. Although the hotel does not have any private parking, there is free parking all around the building so was easy to find a convenient spot. The main town centre is about a 20 minute walk away however there are lots of local restaurants near by. We booked our stay through the TRIP website stating we needed parking and a dog friendly hotel. Neither were true, no hotel parking and no dogs allowed although the hotel were great and still allowed us to stay with our hound. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was spacious enough and the bathroom was ensuite. No complaints. We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay.

陆陆The rooms are very spacious, with small sofas, warmly furnished, and the various decorations are not upscale, but they are carefully designed to make you feel comfortable. The front desk is also very welcoming. There is a car park opposite the Tours Railway Station and a 5-minute walk to the hotel.

GGuest UserSince we could book this hotel with the super attractive promotional price, I didn't expect much at the hotel.
Despite this, the hotel lived up to its reputation for service. It was a downside that it took time to check in as there was a lack of workers.
However, other than that the room was very clean and had a bath so there were no complaints.
This residential hotel seems to exist in many places in France, so I would like to use it again.

AAnonymous UserThe room is at the corner so it is slightly larger. The bathroom is large and may be wheelchair accessible. The hotel is close to the train station and convenient for taking the train. The surrounding environment is very quiet at night. The front desk service attitude is very good and provides luggage storage service.
