The location could be improved, as it was very difficult to find and access. The bus to get there is hard to find and took me hours to find. The hotel staff wanted a deposit in credit card which I did not have.

The hotel is very close to the airport making it very convenient if you have an early flight or if you arrived late and want a place to stay. It is also very clean and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. There is a mall nearby approximately 3mins walk where you can get food. I highly recommend the hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall, I was disappointed with the hotel. The one pro was that the bed was comfortable. However, the bathroom reeked of mold to the point that I wouldn’t use the shower. The staff also refused to let me use the large room on the ground floor for a quick online meeting with my manager which wasn’t being occupied. Despite it being one of the cheaper options in the area, I definitely would NOT recommend.

Great location near to airport. You can get bus to airport just walk 3 minutes from hotel. Good service and breakfast was nice.

The room was lovely a clean, and a really comfy bed. The staff were lovely and really helpful with guiding me to the airport. The location is perfect as it is right next to the big shopping centre with loads of restaurants and shops. And also right by a bus stop that takes you straight to the airport.

The location is good for the hotel, it was clean and our room was bigger than expected. But there are no amenities in the room at all, we bought some wine and found out there are no glasses / cups in the room so we asked for some at the reception, but they refused to give us cups even though they have a cafe downstairs.
