The hotel is very exquisite, the entrance is the lobby bar, parking 58 nights, valet parking is possible, but be careful of wrong fees, obviously use the Internet for members, but charged the fees, coordinated and reduced

There were hairs on the toilet seat, the mattress was dirty, the sheets were not made up, the cabinets were broken, to be honest, it's better to find a cheap hotel

The rooms are a little old, but they reflect the unique classical style and elegant charm. Although the hotel facilities are not perfect, the friendly and thoughtful service attitude makes guests feel at home. The hotel is in a prime location, convenient for guests to visit major attractions in the city. Zachary Hotel attracts many tourists with its unique historical charm and landmark architecture. For travelers who pursue traditional style and unique experience, this is a rare choice.

The hotel is conveniently located for walking. There is parking, but we did not use it. I would add breakfast, but it is ok anyway)

We encountered a minor issue during check-in, and I honestly thought it would go unresolved. However, a huge thank you to Pike at the front desk for her proactive assistance. She was incredibly professional yet warm, with a kind and patient demeanor that made us feel genuinely cared for, almost like family.

The hotel appears to have recently undergone a renovation, as both the public areas and the interior decor feel much more upscale than before. The room cleanliness was also impeccable.

This hotel keeps surprising me! The rooms are beautifully decorated and equipped with advanced facilities, which is very suitable for business trips and sightseeing. Simple yet stylish, the hotel's details show its quality. I am very satisfied and the service is impeccable. Mina checked me in very quickly but very well. She can solve any problems I have. I didn't make any mistakes when I stayed in the hotel for the first time in Shenzhen.
