The hotel has a great location and you can walk to the Kreml and most landmarks from there. Yasnaya Polyana is only about 20 min by taxi from there. The hotel has a pleasent lobby, a lobby bar, a restaurant and also the large breakfast room. There was also a spa/fitness center but we did not try it. The rooms are standard hotel rooms, we had a view onto the city which was bautiful (stayed on the highest floor). The hotel is pet friendly, we travelled with our 2 pet rabbits. The breakfast was included in the price and was very good. Lots of options from the buffet. Fresh juices, omlett station, salad, eggs, warm and cold food. Staff is friendly. You can ask for free waterbottles to your room. I would stay here again.

Я как никогда выспался после перелетов и очень понравилось обслуживание. Классные кровати. Качественная мебель. Чисто и уютно. Отличные барменыии официанты. Подходит для длительного проживания. Не дорого

Мне не понравилось. Скудные завтраки, не вкусные… в номере запах, ужасный фен, на котором нужно пальцем держать кнопку. Персонал отеля неотзывчивый, на ресепшен не дозвониться. Единственный плюс, это наличие парковки и месторасположение.

Выбрались на выходные из Москвы познакомиться со славным городом Тулой. Прекрасно провели время в отеле SK Royal, он придал особый шарм всей поездке. Впечатлило всё: теплый прием с Welcome Drink, дизайнерское оформление фойе и лобби, просторный номер, чистота и домашний уют, приветливое обслуживание, изысканная кухня ... Шведский стол на завтрак просто поразил, кажется, есть всё, что только душе угодно, голодным остаться нереально - уж поверьте искушенным путешественникам, видевшим много шведских столов в России! Вечера коротали в очень приятном месте отеля - ресторане-баре Check In. Очень милая обстановка, вкусная еда, официанты-профессионалы, которые угадывают ваши желания! Дегустируя местные настойки и слушая живую музыку, набрались сил и вдохновения для дальнейшей плодотворной работы в родном городе. Спасибо большое всей команде отеля за чудесно проведенные выходные! И отель - прелесть, и город - сказка! Очень надеемся вернуться еще раз! Всем, кто выбирает отель в Туле, чтобы остановиться, будем советовать именно SK Royal. Не думайте, поезжайте, не пожалеете!!!

Остановились семьей на один день, приехав в Тулу с туристическими целями. Из плюсов: хорошие, просторные номера (хорошая планировка номера, когда спальная зона отделена от коридора и входной двери), вежливый персонал, удобное расположение отеля. Хорошее качество косметических наборов, включая и кондиционер, которые в части «5» в последнее время «забывают предоставлять». Есть небольшой СПА. Отличные завтраки, которые будут достойны и отеля более высокой категории. Из минусов: невозможно заранее забронировать парковку при отеле, что вызывает неудобства в поиске места, где оставить автомобиль, учитывая, что отель стоит в центре города. Проблемы с сантехникой в номере, они не критичные, но осадочек остаётся.
