Usei a plataforma booking para fazer a reserva de 2 apartamentos. Chegamos cansados para fazer o check-in e os atendentes não acharam no sistema do hotel. Eu estava com o comprovante em mãos e eles nem quiseram olhar, pediram que fossemos ao outro da mesma rede, chegando lá, localizaram a reserva e nos fizeram voltar ao primeiro hotel. Sem pedidos de desculpas ou gratificação pelo inconveniente. Pedi para não colocarem os apartamentos próximos ao elevador, não fui atendida, o apartamento era bem na frente, a sorte que o elevador estava quebrado. Ruim por ter que subir com as malas pela escada. Em pleno domingo fomos acordados com muito barulho no refeitório de pessoas rindo e falando alto às 6h da manhã. Eles fornecem café da manhã à não hóspedes. Resumindo, péssima experiência. Não indico.

Hotel localizado em frente a rodoviária, local com muitos pedintes ao redor. Mas sem qualquer sinal de violência.
Ao chegarmos o quartos estava com o chão muito sujo, impossível andar descalço. Fiz reclamação e prontamente realizaram a adequação. A roupa de cama só foi trocada uma vez em 8 dias. O café da manhã após as 8h começa a faltar itens e a solução foi me orientarem a ir mais cedo!!

Viemos a cidade a negócios, apenas por uma noite. Ficamos nesse hotel por ser um dos recomendados pela empresa e a princípio par cê um lugar decente, apesar de certos incômodos como estacionamento fora do prédio. O problema veio na hora de dormir, o hotel é infestado de baratas. Duas na recepção e 3 no quarto. Difícil dormir assim.
