Horrible experience! If you are planning on staying here and have a car, be very careful. Their parking lot is always full and you will have to park a few blocks away. Very inconvenient. Also if you request a late checkout they will only give you if you pay an additional fee which was outrageous. They have no customer service whatsoever. They really need to look up the work Hospitality and start providing that to all there guest. Hopefully they resolve these issues soon!

Good location and facilities, stayed over the weekend on this trip and the ground floor cafe was closed until 7pm on the Saturday

This is a review I always write, but everything is good except that the parking lot is small and you have to go to the outside parking lot if you are late. Of course, hotels do their best to encourage plan fees;;

In Ulsan, I always use Ihotel. Location services are all good.

Insufficient parking lot It was ridiculous to charge a parking fee from guests and park outside and walk around because the parking lot was so small. This is the first time I've ever stayed in a hotel like this. Breakfast didn't have a lot of variety, but there was nothing to eat. There isn't any type of meat included, and most guests say the breakfast in the elevator was poor... I am very disappointed in the large chain hotel that cannot secure a parking lot.

It was the best. I used it for a business trip and was very satisfied. I will use it again next time I have a business trip. I liked that the price was very cheap, too. I was satisfied with the service provided by the staff.

I always use this hotel when I travel to Ulsan on business trips. It's clean, the breakfast is delicious, and the location is great, so it's the perfect hotel to use as a business hotel!!!

It's just a business hotel. First of all, be careful as the soundproofing is not very good.

The bed was comfortable, the blankets were warm, the water in the bathroom was strong. But the curtains in the bathroom have a musty smell. During the rain the room feels damp.

The location was central, so it was easy to access anywhere. It was clean and nice. They gave me a free upgrade and they were very kind during my stay.

The location and accessibility are good among Samsan, and there are many restaurants nearby. There are no separate toothbrushes, but there is a 24-hour unmanned 7-Eleven on the first floor.
