看了好幾家酒店都是到晚上11點就不接機了，這也太不人性化了，那我們這種半夜到的怎麼辦呢？
幸好這家酒店全天有接送機服務。早上早餐還挺豐盛的。
前台的雪珍也很熱情，幫我解決了我的發票問題，好評！贊👍👍👍👍

房間大小舒適，衞浴乾濕分離空間大，接送機非常及時，早餐很好，最讓人驚喜的是服務！人已經過安檢了，才發現手機落在房間裏面了，酒店安排司機最快時間給送過來，完全沒誤機，後來保潔員發現我們的充電頭也遺落在酒店了，馬上給發了順豐，這服務太棒了！尤其謝謝前台的小代，一直在及時聯絡和跟進，服務周到靠譜！另外也要感謝司機師傅，幫忙搬運大箱子的安保大姐，和保潔員，真心感謝！

接機師傅人很好，託運的行李箱被別人拿錯了，接機師傅熱心的幫忙聯繫，耐心的等着換行李箱，前台熱情，保安人很好，很熱情的幫忙拎行李，很暖很贊。早餐環境好，品種多，服務好。

設施：十分完善該有的都有
免費接送機:十分的敬業會提前進行登記並在第二天提供叫醒提醒服務
衞生：衞生環境良好，建議提供一次性馬桶坐墊
環境：環境良好可供選擇的房間很多
服務：櫃枱賽賽很熱情接待過程中十分愉快，也愛賽賽提供的叫醒服務。由於本次出行出現意外因此我所需要進行行李郵寄，在此對前台雪珍進行感謝，在幫我郵寄行李的過程中十分耐心，並且洋溢着燦爛的笑容

凌晨一點多到的，有接送機服務，需要提前預約。
辦理入住的時候，還提醒了房型的窗户，安排了有外窗的房間（謝謝小鈺～很有耐心，態度也很好）。
房間很乾凈，有的設施和預訂時候頁面上寫的一樣，樓道里也有景觀設計。
早上也有早餐，樓下也可以存放滑雪板。
距離機場車程很快，很適合轉機的時候想好好休息一晚來住。

第二天中轉回家在烏魯木齊定的酒店，到店免費升級靠街外床大床房，晚上睡覺很安靜，房間裏也配了電暖器，晚上關了電暖器睡覺也不冷。房間很乾凈。接機送機服務很周到，司機非常有禮貌，到機場10分鐘左右車程，早上還有準備的帶上機場的簡易早餐（酸奶 煮雞蛋，還有小麪包）。很不錯的一次住店體驗。
