Living Valencia Apartments - Merced

Despite being in the center, there is not much noise. It should be noted that there is no pick-up service from the Joaquín Sorolla station as you indicated, only from the airport, although there is a free bus that drops you off at the north station, very close to the accommodation.

What we liked most about the apartment was its location. Very central and close to the main tourist attractions of the city. Apartment 3 and 5 do not have centralized air conditioning like the rest of the 6 apartments they have. It only has floor air that barely acclimatizes the area where you are, making your stay, rest and comfort unbearable in the heat of the heat wave. The drum of the washing machine in apartment 5 was destroyed and we realized it when our clothes came out with completely holes in it. They asked us for our tickets, something that I doubt the owner of the clothes being purchased keeps, all of this to avoid responsibilities. Cleanliness is debatable because the bathroom tile trim has two fingers of dust on it. As you step on the floor you notice that there are loose tiles throughout the apartment. I think the balconies and blinds have not been cleaned in months and I think that over time I will fall short. This same apartment 5 does not have curtains, they fell or were torn off and there were the remains of what was the bar support/drill holes left on the ceiling... a long etcetera that would not fit in this description

Metto nelle foto gli screenshot delle non risposte per la passw wifi,chiesta più volte...( ho speso 30 € di internet grazie a loro) appartamento poi senza asciugacapelli ( al terzo giorno l'hanno portato)... Intanto le bambine e mia moglie nn si sono potute asciugare i capelli( dovrebbe controllarle prima certe cose).box doccia che nn si chiude ..2 rotoli di carta igienica x 4 persone x 5 gg( abbiamo dovuto comprarla) condizionatori del dopoguerra... l'immondizia la dovete buttare voi( diciamo che ci può stare..).gli unici spagnoli Non disponibili e cordiali,sono loro!!!! Posizione e' l'unica cosa che si salva anche se dalle 6 però lavano la piazzetta e nn si dorme più... Nn si fanno vedere per nulla..lasciano le chiavi in una cassaforte e te la sbrighi da solo...700 MT dalla fermata metro Colon o xativa!!! Se potete...Evitate

Perfekt beliggenhet i Valencia, kun et steinkast unna det store matmarkedet. Leiligheten har alle fasiliteter, og romslige rom. Noe slitent, men vel fungerende. I dette bygget lå også kontoret til Living Valencia, så nøkkelservice etc. var enkelt.
