It's very peaceful and the hot springs are very comfortable. Looking at the snowy mountain tops in the distance, it feels like a fairy tale. The nearby scenery is also worth exploring. I encountered a small grizzly bear and a deer, and I want to go there again.

The staff isnt good at all! They avoided doing tasks at all costs. I asked them to clean the room and they just did not do anything. They also charged me a "resort fee" of $100 - so beware of that. Then when I complained that the staff wasnt doing their job they said they would refund me 2 days of resort fee - they did not do that. So they are here to make money but not service clients. I would not recommend this to anyone

Love stayimg here, hotel is nice and being right in nature is wonderful. You often get to see wildlife right outside your window and while your walking or driving around. If you want a great weekend getaway that's quite and relaxing fairmont hotsprings is the place to go. It's very close to Invermere/Windermere/Panarama as well as Radium Hotsprings so you can airways go and visit those places as well.
The hotsprings and pools are within walking distance from almost all the rooms and the guest exclusive hot tub has a 15 walkway from the main hotel out to it for guests to use.
I highly recommend checking this resort out.

You get exactly what you pay for. Nothing fancy in the regular double room with kitchenette but the grounds were beautiful and the hot springs were nice and toasty. It was snowing but still felt like a vacation get away at the beach once we got into the water. We would love to go back.

Great place but I would highly recommend making the guest pool adults only. Can become crowded with unruly children which I find takes away from what is supposed to be a relaxing peaceful environment

There were a lot of disrespectful teens in the pool without any adults. Very loud , splashing , being inappropriate. Weren’t able to relax until went to reception. Other than that was a good stay

Hotel needs a complete Reno and would be nice if they had “adults only” time in the hot springs so adults can actually enjoy it without kids yelling and splashing.

It was very busy specifically in the swimming pool. They dont have enough staff to clean the changing room.
They checked us in 30 min late but expected us to check out on-time.
There was no microwave in the rooms, there was just one in the corridor shared with all

Stayed here several times over the years. It is rapidly falling into a state of disrepair. Rotting wood, gates not closing, carpets stained. Likely our last visit, tough to justify price for the level and condition of the facilities.
