My family of 4 stayed here in April 2022. The location seems great right on a central canal, but it was so noisy. Noisy from 7am when they start deliveries until 3am. Woke me up every night. Also, the loft (we stayed in the 3 bedroom Gold loft) is in need of some TLC. The professional photos make this loft look amazing, but they removed all the decorations and left it very bare. The headboards are fake leather and were all scratched and peeling. The AC was not working the first day we were there and took a while for the poor front desk guy to come (just needed batteries). But there is only one AC and it is in one of the bedrooms (not main bedroom). The sliding door to the third bedroom did not work (and was not working for a while buy the scratch on the floor). and the shutter in this room would not close and flapped all night. And the master bed and bath as well as second bedroom were infested with ants. It is a nice large unit, BUT I would NEVER recommend staying here. The staff were all very receptive and came quickly to repair things and manager did give us a 10% refund. However, for over $800 a night, I expected a lot more.
