Palazzo Dei Fiori by Room Mate

This was the best place we stayed at in Italy! Really pretty and big with all the essentials you need. The room was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. The kitchen had everything including free snacks, juice, soda, water, tea, coffee and fruits. They also provide us we slippers, lotion that smells really good, bathroom essentials and other things we didn’t find in a lot of other hotels/airbnbs. The service was phenomenal and the people here are so friendly. We were presented with some welcoming gifts and lots of help during our stay. This hotel also has its own private dock which was very convenient for us to go to the train station with a booked private water taxi through the hotel. The taxi brings us right to the side in front of the station and we didn’t have to carry our luggages up the stairs and across the bridge had we gone on a public water taxi (the price is pretty close). Definitely recommend and would come back again next time in Venice!

Its our favourite location in Venice. Very quite yet close to everything . Only 5/6 stops to the Biennale ****nal/ Giardini with the vapereto/boat. Close to "le Cafe" were we had breakfast every day. Our favourite restaurant were we ate nearly all our dinners : Tratoria "Da Fiore". Even though we normally cook at home, on vacation we don't , however, we noticed the apar**ents are fully equipped .( We stayed a total of 6 nights)The beds are comfortable. In short a wounderful choice, for our next Biennale 2026 , we will book way in advance.

By far, one of the most beautiful travel experiences in Europe! The Palazzo is a perfect location for exploring Venice (7 min from San Marco’s Square), the interior design is exquisite while maintaining the classic aesthetic, the beds are confortable and the staff makes sure that everything is at high standards. In addition, the complimentary boat trip to the Murano island was a remarcable experience linked to the stay. I recommend the Vennice Palazzo dei Fiori and would certainly love to be here again!

BEWARE!! We were scheduled to arrive via train when Treinitalia announced a country wide rail strike 3 days before our trip. This hotel refused to refund our stay even though we physically had no way to get to them! Disgusting and ruined our family trip

Perfect location, super clean, high standing interiors and facilities, modern and large rooms in historical building, peaceful...better than home! Surrouded by bars and restaurants, but also by shops and vaporetto, walking distance from the train station.

Had an amazing stay here for 3 nights. Very good service, fast checkin and even a tour throughout the apar**ent and we were amazed by how nice and big it was! Everything worked perfect and was so neat and clean. To not even to begin about the beds. So big and slept so well. The location is perfect as you are within a 10 minutes radius, in the city were you can find a lot of restaurants and places to take a gondola (definitely recommend) but also only 8 minutes walk to supermarkets and the San Marco (Piazza) were they have great stores and architecture. The apar**ent was wonderful and tremendously spacious, everything new and perfect. The location of the hotel is fantastic very close to San Marco. But best of all is the staff with special mention to Emmanuele. We will definitely come back.
