Prince Apartments

We were there earlier than check-in time and just wanted to store our luggage there. Since our apartment was already ready, the cleaning lady, one very nice bengali girl, checked us in after consulting with her boss. It was a great help for us as we were there with our two kids. Salt, sugar, oil, tea and, above all, coffee were provided with a typical Italian espresso maker. We were overwhelmed. Best place ever for everybody.

Very nice beautiful and clean app, perfect location just 5-7min by foot to the main Marco Polo scquare. Owner really friendly and welcoming. Big rooms and comfortable beds. Kitchen accessories available: sold, sugar, coffee, oil, aceto etc Recommend

Excellent location, 10 minutes' walk from San Marco, 1 minute from ****nale station, large apartment (the one on the ground floor), with two bathrooms, clean, kitchen equipped with everything you need, two TVs, good wifi signal, good price and very helpful host

Shower leaked. Elevator doesnt work well. Host doesnr care, all he cared about was collecting fees and insisted upon cash only. Issues with elevator should be made known. After we reached he didnt want us to use it and wanted us to climb 4 flights of steps. He wasnt bothered about our comfort or issues was pressing for collecting fees in cash and disappearing. Also didn't care to consider checkin or bad drop off before 3pm. With this kind of customer service i do not recommend stayinv here. Note it is also expensive to get to by boat.

Prince apartments were our best by far since beginning our European journey. Great communication, clean and fabulous location. Fitted our family of four perfectly and lots of great cafes just outside your door. Walk everywhere and explore the magnificent city!

The place and the location is good, however the check in process is a pain as there’s nobody in the property and I was not send the instructions promptly. I tried several times to call the phone numbers they provided did not work, even the cafe downstairs helped us to call but the phone were disconnected. We used the ******* app and they answered there. We had to wait a while for someone to arrive and a lady showed up, not even apologized for the delay and questioned why we were not happy.

We abosiluteloy lvoed our time here. The staff where great, accomodating an early check in and perosonally walked us through the home showing us how to use the coffee maker. We left some cash behind and they even went above and beyond to wrire transfer that back to us in Canada. I would 100% stay here again.. my only recommendation would to swap out the mattress.. we found it a little too hard and bumpy but otherwise location was great, place was super clean and nice and quiet for sleeping.

First of all location is perfect: very close to S.Marco (10-12 min), 3 min to ****nale waterbus stop. Despite that proximity, the location is very quiet and non-touristic. Few minutes away there are groceries, a small fruit market and even a green park, which is not common in the center of Venice, The apartment is fresh renovated, clean and equipped with everything. We stayed there for 5 nights and were very happy with our choice. The elevator is a bit funny, so we hardly fit to that, but that was no problem. Would highly recommend for a stay!

Apartment with a very good location. Plenty of room for at least 6. Got the keys at the agreed time. Friendly hist who recommended a good restaurant (Trattoria Rivetta) which was very balanced in terms of price and quality. The apartment has everything you need, plus a good view and location.
