We escaped the city by going to this hotel . We opted for the luxury two room suite . The location is very nice close to Msk , and has a small private courtyard. The building itself looks contemporary , fresh . A big thank you to the staff for early check in and complementary fruit and sweets plate in the room . The spa area is very nice but gets overcrowded, so is the breakfast area . The gym and wellness spa is great . This hotel gets high marks if only not for having wine glasses inside the room , and the overcrowded dinning hall at breakfast . I would love to see abit more of perks and pleasantries inside the top tier suites . Thanks for a great stay

Была гостем в номере с выходом на террасу, в номере было не сильно грязно. После заселения оказалось что номер «занят»занят живностью. Мы познакомились со сколопендрами. Далее. Приехали отметить мой день рождения, День в День. Отелю отдельно спасибо за милое пирожное имениннику, Но меня зовут не Татьяна! Конечно мы позвонили в администрацию, в ответ услышали: « ну извините, мы разберемся». Не нашли хулигана! Бассейн грязный, мелкий мусор (черная труха, резинки, пластыри, моментами слизь) но теплый. Годом ранее, я познакомилась с отелем, с обслуживанием, с улыбкой персонала. Банька свела нас с ума, бассейн чистый, даже видно дно. Шикарные запахи кухни, манили меня вернуться вновь. Я вернулась. Плохо, очень плохо. Нужно исправлять! Спасибо.

Нам отдых понравился, уютный номер, не плохой завтрак, приличный СПА, массаж делала баллийка, очень понравилось то что находится не далеко от города. Есть небольшой но очень уютный парк. Отдыхали с детьми. Понравился ресторан в парке.

Были в начале февраля , в будний день , народу немного , есть всё необходимое для комфортного отдыха . Номера небольшие , уютные , в номере халаты , тапочки , хорошая косметика , всё чисто , везде приятно пахнет . Приветливый персонал . Чувствуется забота о гостях . Спасибо вам ! Желаю поддерживать такой уровень и дальше . До новых встреч !

Какая атмосфера в этом месте....парк, кондитерская, рестораны, усадьба, гончарная мастерская, большой выбор спа-процедур. Балтийский массаж делает балийка, очень хороший мастер! Рекомендую к посещению. Отдыхаешь душой и телом.... 🌿

Сам отель и номера хорошие - 4+ даже 5, а вот спа комплекс на твердую троечку. В джакузи воняло химией, бассейн для такого большого отеля - маленький, лежаков не хватало, в сауну очереди, массаж нормальный. Ресторан в самом отеле - дрянь редкостная, а вот семейный ресторан - на твердую 5+ и это странно... Сам спа комплекс - как дешевый аквапарк где то в глубинке, не рекомендую к посещению.

Были здесь в третий раз, каждый из которых оставил приятные воспоминания. Отдых был, в целом, замечательным! В спа-комплексе очень тепло, комфортно. Анимация для детей очень продумана. Спектакль «Щелкунчик» был для нас очень приятным сюрпризом, ребёнок ещё и подарок получил, положительных эмоций море! Единственное, что огорчило, оставили Airpods в кармане халата при выезде, позвонили через 3 часа после выселения, но наушники наши так и не нашли, либо не захотели возвращать🤷♀️От отеля такого класса, конечно, не ожидали такого безразличного отношения к потере такой дорогой вещи.. Теперь возвращаться совсем не хочется

Это не спа-центр, а детский санаторий. Больше не приедем. Хотели отдохнуть, а получили постоянный ор и шум в бассейне, беготню детей и их ор возле номеров после 11 вечера. Запах сигарет, который проникает в номер.

Весь отель новый, приятная глазу плитка, все очень чисто. Спа просто супер , я там даже на лежаках уснула, потому что они мягкие, хаммам тёплый, приятной температуры. В бассейне утром заводная аквааэробика)) )
