Condizionatore bloccato... e camera fredda. Ho richiesto due volte la registrazione ma non è stato possibile. Per forza di cose la temperatura della camera non deve essere pari a 17°C... Hotel non conveniente. Da evitare...............

Accoglienza abbastanza fredda, poco ospitali,ho chiesto un doppio cuscino mi hanno risposto che non ne avevano aria condizionata spenta perché pochi ospiti non capivo ...... Cuscini non disponibili aria condizionata spenta poche stanze occupate!!!!!! Unica gentilezza riscontrata nel cameriere Gianni.......

Personale poco cordiale abbiamo cambiato stanza due volte per problemi tecnici loro la seconda aveva le doghe del letto rotte il tecnico è venuto ha aggiustato le doghe lasciando il letto tutto da rifare colazione di pessima qualità e il caffè solo nel thermos e non ostante i disagi non si sono né scusati né fatto un piccolo sconto la nota positiva è solo la posizione e il panorama

Hotel con vista panoramica, personale cortese, camera e bagno ben tenuti. Parcheggio privato dopo una salita un po' ripida, come parecchie strade nei paesi montani. Colazione adeguata per un 3 stelle. Ci ritorneremo volentieri nel periodo invernale
