"Расположение в самом центре города - главное достоинство отеля. Были небольшие проблемы с заселением: администратор сообщил нам код для заезда только по прибытии, хотя оплата и онлайн регистрация были проведены заранее. Обычно после этих процедур присылают всю необходимую информацию. Но в Лукка шарм такого не случилось) Завтрак - кофе с бутером, либо 2 сладкими булочками в соседнем доме. Сам отель - бывшая квартира, в 2-х его номерах ванная комната (душ + туалет) находятся напротив спален, также есть номер с ванной. В доступности для гостей всегда есть пакетированный чай, капсульный кофе и кофемашина. В номере - холодильник и чайник."
