The position was perfect just inside the wall so easy to get to and then we were able to walk everywhere.. it rained the entire time for us but we will be back as loved it all the same

一定提前看酒店發的入住郵件，按照郵件回覆並告知預計到達的時間，這樣入住會更方便！這點非常重要！酒店位置好，就在古城牆邊，但店招不是很明顯，是一家優雅的別墅酒店！服務熱情周到，早餐需要提前一天確定的，建議可以稍微多點些！設有專門的停車場！入住需要自己準備拖鞋的哦！是一家非常值得體驗的別墅酒店👍

入住的La Wally 房間。Lucca城裡，是Lucca 之前Tucci家族的宮殿，很有歷史氛圍，巴洛克風格。就是自駕的朋友一定要提前聯繫店家，因為谷歌導航會把車輛導航進入不能駛入的街道，要按照酒店提供的地圖路線過去。還有就是入住時間，已經要8點前辦理入住，否則要加收25歐服務費。

We had a wonderful stay here. The location is perfect, right in the centre. The room was spacious, full of character, but had all you needed (air con, kettle, safe, fridge, hairdryer) The service was brilliant, so friendly and helpful. We had breakfast and mentioned we were vegan when we booked. She baked a vegan cake for breakfast, which was absolutely delicious! They also offered oat milk. Perfect stay!

Actually everything was fine and really quiet and nice breakfast and 24 hour reception. There is a main building and a depandance, although close to each other, but there are a lot of stairs, so this hotel is not suitable for people who have difficulty walking. The rooms have their own air conditioning that works and is very easy to operate, which is fine.

Lovely and organized. The structure is new and well organized. The place is quiet but convenient for hiking to the center.

’Old style’ hotel with clean and ok room. Just perfect for stop if you are e.g. having early flight. Nice breakfast. Met only one person who spoke english. Maybe different siruautomaatit as the season starts.
