Une première dans ce Campanile de Villepinte, très satisfaits. Grignotage possible jusqu'à 23h, servi dans la chambre si on le souhaite. Là focaccia de légumes est extra, comme le service et le reste.
Des cendriers à disposition dans les couloirs extérieurs qui mènent aux chambres, double porte qui fait un petit sas et ça c'est pas mal pour les personnes qui ont des animaux. C'est une sécurité.
Si nous en avons l'occasion nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

Had one night here. It looks like a prison. I was in an accessible room on the ground floor. The room was dark and the bedside lights did not work. It felt very oppressive. The room is small with a bed and a table plus chair. The electrical sockets were positioned in a way that I could not fit my plugs into them. The carpet under the chair was really wet. The bed was very low but comfortable but there were holes in the sheet. The air con unit was hanging off of the wall - looked very dangerous. The bathroom was accessible was a wet room but the whole floor got wet and stayed that way all night. I had to put a large towel on the floor so I did not slip on the floor - not good in any room particularly an accessible one. There was no fan in the room. It felt dodgy and unsafe there with arguments outside the room and shouting. I had to get a friend to check that I was locked in from the outside because I couldn’t tell from within. Breakfast was OK but the pastries were cold and they ran out of yogurts.

It is OK for a 1 or 2 night stay for business. HOWEVER THE ROOM CLEANING IS DISAPPOINTING AND DISGUSTING. I have just found somebody's dirty underwear behind the bathroom door as I was intending on taking a shower. You can't make this up!!!! What establishment employs incompetent housekeeping that you leave the previous guest DIRTY UNDERWEAR BEHIND THE BATHROOM DOOR. !!!! 😵💫😵💫😵💫 . REFUND/COMPENSATION URGENTLY REQUESTED AND MANAGEMENT TO RESPOND TO THIS IMMEDIATELY. Thankyou

The air conditioning didn't work. When we asked for towels. The staff who was cleaning the room next door started to dig into a bag which looked like it had dirty towels. Which we declined.
