They are impossiblle to reach by phone. reception canceled their email and all bookings are being managed from the trinity group. Also impossible to reach them by phone. Reception: they told us that we should not expect to have clean spa towels every day. sorry we can't do this for you I need to see the system. room: old furniture, was not prepared for couple. we got separate beds. I need to ask them twice to come and make it ready. we had to ask for extra towels and bathrobes. food: sometimes cold. They serve soup already in the bowls. cold vegetable and meat is there and you just add a hot water. really? ***. they have just one waiter serving the dinner room. we finished our dinner before he even noticed us. welness: they had just 4 sunbeds in the spa area. was overcrowded. bad air. they did not have a cooling bath in the sauna.
