Novotel Warszawa Centrum Reviews

I had a great stay here! I requested a high-floor room facing the central station where the Palace of Culture and Science is, and I got a lovely room! The view from my room was GORGEOUS. It was made even better because I could open the windows. The air-conditioning was not as cold as I would have liked, so I opened the windows for the natural air-conditioning at 10°C. The air-conditioning will auto-shut once you open the windows. For that, I would like to thank the staff who attended to my check-in and gave me this lovely room. The location is walkable, a straight walk from the central station. The tram to Stare Miasto stop (Castle Square) is just downstairs at the hotel. Nowy Swiat is within walking distance. There are a lot of restaurants and a few convenience stores around the hotel area. Zlote Tarasy (shopping mall) is where the central station is. Shops are closed on Sundays, though.

Ok hotel. Gym could be upgraded and increased in size. The view is great — but use earbuds for noice cancellation. I’d suggest a hotel to provide earbuds.

Right in the center of Warsaw. We were o. 23 floor, so you can see the whole city. It was a good stay.

I stayed at Novotel Warszawa Centrum and was pleasantly surprised by how thoughtfully the room was arranged. Everything was placed in a way that made moving around easy and intuitive. The furniture and layout felt modern and practical — clearly designed with travelers’ needs in mind. The location is also great — close to public transport, shops, and restaurants. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Warsaw!

Everything is great! Close to the city center, welcoming and warm service, tidy environment, and delicious breakfast! You can also see the sky view of Warsaw.

The room is very clean and stylish, love the colour and design of the bathroom, though the shower door js a new style one. Its location is vey convenient

Good hotel

No slippers for carpet floor is dirty especially our legs are a bit wet whilst go out from toilet

Good location in city center, few meters from tram station.

Friendly reception staff, clean room. Our room was on the 7th floor, and it was very noisy on Fri & Sat with several bars and clubs down on the road. The sauna was a bit miserable. It’s gendered but we found a couple hanging out in the male sauna room.

Great location, big equipped room (coffee capsules, water, etc). Staff are very nice. Gave us a free late checkout.
