The Warwickshire Hotel and Country Club

Really lovely stay, situated around a gold course, we wanted to book an extra night however room wasn’t available

Lovely hotel second time being there.. will be booking again x

Was disappointed to find out after booking that there was an additional charge of £25 pp to use the outdoor facilities. The bedroom and pool areas were spotlessly clean however, when having breakfast the plates, cups etc. were dirty.

Specifically booked hotel as advertised as having outdoor pool. No mention of additional charge. Arrived to find out that we were to pay £25 per head to use the outdoor pool. Please get back to me with your comments

Great hotel! Comfortable rooms with everything you need. Also amazing to be able to use the facilities which are really good for a hotel gym and pool/spa as its actually a paying membership healthclub. We had brunch one morning which was good as we didnt fancy the buffet, but the buffet was also of a good standard. Would definitely recommend!

The staff and facilities were excellent and we will stay again. The only issue was in restaurant, the food was very good when we eventually received it. Some guests became so tired of waiting they asked for a refund: we assume there are not enough staff in the kitchen??

The position of the hotel and the views were amazing. The golf course was also great and well maintained. Service in the restaurant was a bit hit and miss. At breakfast time some juices and food items had run out and had not been replaced even though the restaurant was not really busy. The pool was very good and the new outside pool will be a bonus.

Staff were very pleasant and helpful. The only thing that was disappointing was when returning to my locker in the spa changing rooms the key broke in two whilst trying to get the locker open. I had to ask someone to inform staff who then got the locker open eventually minus a pound. The lockers were in need of updating.
