"Exceeded my expectations! The room was very spacious and truly comfortable. Its location directly above the train station made it incredibly convenient. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit! The security and cleanliness of the premises were both excellent."
"My second stay at this hotel, and it was as good as the first. Excellent friendly service, very clean well-equipped rooms, and an outstanding location just 2 minutes walk from Green Square train station. Again the only negative was that the room didn’t match the app photos, being much smaller than what the app photos show for the Max Queen room. The hotel should use accurate photos. But overall, excellent value for money, and I look forward to my next stay."
"The location is very close to Green Square train station, making it convenient to get to the airport and the city. The room is generally nice, though there was a minor hygiene issue upon check in, which was promptly resolved after informing the front desk. Worth praising.
Overall, the stay was a very good experience."
"Facilities: The two-bedroom suite we occupied was very well-equipped. It featured a full kitchen with a dishwasher and stove, a washing machine and dryer, and a coffee machine. If you happen to run out of coffee capsules, you can simply ask the front desk for more.
Cleanliness: The cleanliness was decent. They provide a light cleaning service and trash collection every three days. The only drawback was the bedding arrangement: the duvet was merely two sheets sandwiched together, which meant it inevitably got completely messy and tangled after just one night's sleep.
Service: As for service, this type of apartment offers very little, functioning more like a temporary home where guests are expected to purchase their own groceries and supplies for daily living."
"I felt the attentive service from the moment I walked in - the lady at the front desk had a super sweet smile, and immediately gave us cartoon stickers and children's bracelets when she saw the children. She also thoughtfully upgraded us to a family suite. The tent toys and cartoon bedding in the room made the baby jump with excitement!"
"The resort hotel was fully booked during the National Day holiday. The rooms and restaurants were very stylish, the service was good, but the rooms were a bit small. The hotel's custom-made scented shower gel smelled amazing; I bought some to take home."
