Premier Inn Watford North

The room smelt damp on arrival, but I was working 12 hour shifts so I didn't look around it much when I did I found there to be mould on the walls by the window and in the bathroom see photos. The room was not cleaned, bins emptied or given fresh towels in the 4 nights I was there. The carpark is crowded and it strangely seems to used partly as a scrap yard as there are a few obviously abandoned cars in there.

Very friendly staff lovely food amazing room will be back in the near future 😀 had a very pleasant 4 days stay here only bad thing 1 of the lifts was broken the hole stay being on top floor wasn't good lift was down

Service is what this hotel is all about - absolutely amazing service thanks to the wonderful staff - nothing was too much trouble and they ensured we had a fantastic stay. Rooms are excellent with strong showers and the breakfast is highly recommended and excellent value for money. Dinner menu is rather limited but with so many options within walking distance was not an issue.

As soon as I arrived at this Premier Inn Hotel the staff were very welcoming & friendly, Jennifer on the main desk was extremely helpful & gave clear instructions where my room was, it was a very pleasant stay my room was clean & tidy I got a good nights rest & the breakfast was especially good, just what you need to start a busy day,

Had a wonderful nights sleep followed by breakfast here and staff were very helpful and attentive. Would definitely stay here again!!

Had a fabulous stay at this Premier Inn , chosen due to the location - near Warner Bros for Harry Potter and it was perfect … so close ! but the really fabulous thing were the amazing staff - Damon especially was brilliant . He was really busy but couldn’t do enough to help us - moving rooms around so we were near each other and helped us rearrange the room and bring in an extra bed as we had a wheel chair and portable hoist to use . He was amazing a real credit to your hotel!! I need a Damon in my life at home!! nothing was too much trouble . Thank you, you thank you thank you !!

Terrible experience and no staff to talk to. Room was full of damp and mould. When tried to approach staff there was no one to talk too. Premier inn customer service also seems non existent I have stayed at this hotel previously and the room as been good, but room 214 needs to be closed down as it was actually a health concern if you are in the room for a long time Sadly there wasn’t an opportunity to speak to staff as reception was unmanned every time

We paid approximately £120 for 1 night. This was for myself, my wife and daughter and included evening meal (with drink) and breakfast. Overall we were very happy and thought the price offered really good value for money. The restaurant is small and food and drink options limited. Breakfast as with all Premier Inns was very good. When we checked in, it seemed that there was one staff doing everything. He was working his socks off and through no fault of his, some customers were having to wait. We were visiting for Warner Brothers Studios and this hotel was perfectly located.

We stay at Watford North Premier Inn a few times a year to visit the Warner Bros Studio tour. We live driving distance from it, bit we stay as we enjoy the experience. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Special shout out to Jennifer for checking us in and serving us dinner on our first night. She was very attentive and made a fuss of my child. Damon and Nahal served us dinner the following night and catered to our requests with no problems. Final breakfast on checkout day was very busy, but Jayden kept all tables happy with a smile on his face. The staff here really try their very best to make your staff as good as possible. The rooms are clean and have all the basics you need. The bed was comfortable and have extra pillows if required. As always, we enjoyed our stay and will be back soon.
