Premier Inn Watford Central

Was very clean comfy bed food was great would stay again

Good service

The bedrooms have no a/c and the thermostat read 25 degrees, far too hot to have a good night’s sleep, despite what Lenny Henry says! Bed comfy and extra pillows available in the room. Only 2 teabags but others available from reception but I don’t want to walk to reception when in my PJs. Breakfast looks good, not bad selection of cereals, pastries, bread for toast and preserves plus some fresh fruit ( bananas very over ripe though). Cooked breakfast not good as everything except the sausage was cold.

It’s really tragic to see a modernised premier inn fail so bad. Wrong room allocated, filthy toilets in the bar and just generally tried and run down. Guess it’s Watford after all. Decent location for travelling into London on the overground though.

Location was good to jump on the train at watford junction about 15 minute walk. The room was very run down and the bed sheets has stains all over them, the bathroom was the worst it was dirty and looked like it had multiple floods as all the wood was rotten, the sink drain was full of hair and dirt. The stairs to each floor were run down and in some places dangerous as the plastic was loose on the steps there were stains all over the carpets in multiple areas.

Very good experience for me and my partner , friendly staff ,quite rooms and lovely food

The value for money was incredible. Considering it’s in London we paid a really good price. We were provided with a spacious and extremely comfortable bed. The bathroom was decently sized. The room was extremely clean and cozy.
