The hotel itself is no problem. The problem is the service staff. The service is too poor. They either don't give meal coupons or add items as they like. There is no professional management. I went to live several times. This time I finally gave up on staying again.

本次貴州之旅住過的性價比最高的酒店！旺季價格居然還很合適！360元包早飯和午飯，還有湯泉！也有游泳池！艾瑪為了吃午飯晚走了，導致黃果樹瀑布沒看完哈哈哈！真的太合適了！！！飯也不錯！中午那個豬肝啊蝦啊都很好吃！蔬菜也不錯！

位置及交通：位置不在市區，但是距離市區不太遠，開車很方便，酒店有自己的地下停車庫，如果電車出行的話，附近也有充電樁。
房間大小：房間寬敞，不侷促。
衞生情況：很乾凈。
淋浴設施：噴淋水很大，熱水也很好。
噪音情況：周邊好很清靜，一點都不吵，睡覺很安靜。
早餐情況：菜品比較豐富，早餐時間也很充裕。
該酒店應該算是威寧最好的酒店了，前台小姐姐態度很温柔，還免費升級了房間。

此次貴州行最不滿意的一家酒店，訂的親子房還沒有平時住的雙標大，廁所的玻璃門很尷尬，玻璃門對面還是一面鏡子，好在前台服務態度還不錯，給我們換了一間不是玻璃門是掛簾子的房間。但是最後發現簾子不固定的話也是會尷尬……因為要工作，結果發現書桌附近沒有電源，最後是在牀頭櫃用筆記本電腦跪着工作，佈局真的就很不合理。可能這家酒店主打的是温泉，温泉24小時開放是它們家亮點，住客挺多入住當天滿房，停車位很緊張。總結:不太適合親子出遊。

看着酒店外觀和攜程圖片還行，這酒店差的一塌糊塗，餐廳臟亂不堪，酒店房間居然放不出熱水，放了半天也沒有熱度，水還特別小，房間打掃也不夠乾淨，下次肯定不會再來了！非常差勁！！

房子室內乾淨衞生，地毯也乾淨，前台和房衞潔都熱情，早餐豐富多彩，精緻的飯菜，增加口感，唯獨不能接受的是七月份不開冷空調，完外自然環境温度衹有十幾度，反爾房間温度高達33度以上，房間不能通風悶熱難受，需要改欒。
