A beautiful hotel situated in the mountains near the Yunnan snubbed nose monkey centre. The staff were wonderful, really helpful with some small travel problems that we had. They were kind and attentive, yet discreet. Rooms were beautiful and the beds very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and we also were served afternoon tea with fruit and fresh biscuits and snacks. We also enjoyed our dinner here. Very recommended!

塔城的松贊不大但很親，孩子很鬧騰服務人員卻很包容，一再同我講孩子就是要活潑呢，讓我很放鬆，下午茶早餐都沒因為淡季入住率低而去糊弄，相反很豐富，房間暖氣片給打的很足，啟別村很好逛，幾位藏族當地的服務人員都很好很好，就那種你住進家裡還會一直想回家的親😜

服務：最值得稱讚的還是服務，前廳服務和餐廳的服務人員都很好，感覺很用心，最最讚的是我們走的時候，發現我們的車被洗過，車確實是臟。很不錯的體驗

11月在塔城松贊住了3個晚上，酒店熱情的免費升級了房型，讓我們得以每天早晨欣賞到圖中美景，感受晨霧、陽光、鳥叫雞鳴。
酒店的員工都很熱情，笑容滿面地打招呼，也會耐心解答問題，一個沒有過多商業化濃度的世外桃源。我想我還會再重返的！

松贊一如既往的好，服務隨叫隨到，早餐下午茶都很好吃，塔城海拔2000不到，很舒服，酒店整體小而精，有點回到江南的感覺。

對家庭住客不友好，孩子入住加不加床都得額外收費，且收費偏高，熱水器是電的，洗完2個人第3個人就衹有冷水了，重新來熱水要等很久，衞生間淋浴是半開門，洗完澡整個衞生間到處是水。
周邊沒有好玩的景點，開往酒店的路不是很好開，這趟旅行最失望的酒店！服務和價值不對等！

環境：
地理位置有點膈應，大門旁邊三個墓碑呃……
然後上來的路有點窄衹能通行一輛車，開車需要注意
當然有一説一，裏面的景色是不錯。
設施：
酒店很小隔音很差，樓上在那隨便一走樓下聽的清清楚楚，親子來玩的較多，想象下一晚上樓上小孩在那奔跑…簡直崩潰…
餐點：
晚餐200/位，但是素的偏多，而且還臨時改菜單不通知，理解那邊食材有限，但是服務明顯跟不上…説很多食物都是當地種的或者自己種的，但是就算有機的這個價也不值吧…
下午茶是免費的，但是選擇很少，
節假日一晚上2000+房間裏的礦泉水居然還要自己付錢…
性價比不高，來塔城不如住住民宿。
