"Really lovely hotel. To be honest didn’t expect too much but room was lovely and clean. Small but modern.
The bar and beer garden was fab. The staff were absolutely great and couldn’t do enough. The food smelt amazing (although we unfort didn’t eat there)

"A nice and cosy hotel central to the happening places in Wembley, the mall, the train station and other places, not to forget the Wembley Stadium. In terms of my stay it was pleasant even though the hotel can improve on a few things, for instance, including a dustbin in the room and the housekeeping did not clean the previous day rubbish even though I left a cleaning tag on the door handle. Overall a positive stay."

"Great location, the room was clean but could do with updating, was quite shabby. The bathroom was obviously old and had gaps where sealant should have been. It was fine for one night but the mattress was old and uncomfortable and had obvious dips where people had slept."

GGuest UserI encountered some problems while using this hotel. I asked the front desk to arrange three adjacent rooms for me, but I found that it was not done after I checked in. This caused me inconvenience and trouble. However, other aspects of the hotel such as room cleanliness and facility maintenance are good. Overall, the hotel is good value for money, but there is still room for improvement in service details. For guests who need adjacent rooms, it is recommended to confirm with the front desk in advance and record it.

CCheskaOne of the best hotels we’ve stayed at. It has perfect location as there are a lot of shops around it and its near in the arena where we attended a concert. The staff were friendly and helpful, we also had pur own kitchen in our room. We will definetely come back again next year.

CChi YuThe hotel's location is excellent. The hotel graciously accepted my request and provided me with a room on a higher floor. However, the parking spaces were all taken, so I had to park my car at a nearby facility.

AAyoubSlow service customer desk was rude. Asking me personal questions like what are you doing in the hotel? Why did you book a hotel asking me who my girlfriend is and why she’s staying with me. I’m really unhappy about this. Then I asked for a spoon and it took 35 mins for me to get a spoon to my room.
I recommend not booking this place and I will never stay again.

GGuest User1. The hotel's check-in instructions will be put in the trash by the mailbox, and we are not the only ones to encounter this. Therefore, the day before check-in, be sure to check the trash can in your mailbox.
2. The area around the apartment is very convenient. Costa cafes, supermarkets of various sizes, and street fast food restaurants are all very close.
3. The hotel has a parking lot, but you cannot choose it when booking. Therefore, you must contact the hotel via email one day in advance. After booking a parking space and paying the parking fee, you will receive instructions for entering and exiting the parking lot.
4. The apartment has two entrances, so you need to pay attention to which room you booked. The entrance with the smaller apt number is on the high road, next to the bus station. The entrance with the large apt number is at the entrance of a small road.
5. Do not try to contact the management staff by phone, because their phone numbers cannot be reached at all. However, they reply to emails very quickly.

KKenXHotel location is not bad... very near to Wembley Park... Hotel seems to be very old but the rooms are clean... Kettle, ironing board, are provided.. with so many other hotels popping up, this hitel will find it hard to compete soon...
Overall it was an average stay with nothing special at all......

The location is right on the street, there is a bus stop in front of the door, and you will arrive at the hotel entrance as soon as you get off the bus.
The radiator in the room was on, and there was an extra electric heater, but I didn't use it.
