"Booked for a friend. My friend likes it very much! It is also very convenient for watching concerts!
Facilities: Not bad!
Environment: I like it very much! I will stay here again next time I come to London! It is really worth the money🥰"
"Stayed at Ark for one night when watching a concert at Wembley. The location was amazing, a 5 minute walk to the stadium and all the food outlets.
Didn't really get a chance to use the kitchen facilities, but having a fridge was great for having cold drinks and tea/coffee was provided.
Check in was easy, bed was comfy and after the concert we were back in the room within 10 minutes. Highly recommend."

"Beautiful room. It’s got everything you need: fridge, microwave, iron, ironing board and a hairdryer. Could do with a mirror in the room but apart from this everything was lovely. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The staff so friendly and accommodating. Thank you for a lovely time."
"Can’t fault the location of this hotel if you’re visiting either Wembley Stadium or Wembley Arena both in walking distance which is why we booked it. Other hotels nearby were £300-£400 plus, we paid £190 for our room, for that you get no frills, by that I mean a clean bed and towels but no toiletries. The stickyback plastic covering had come away from the bottom of the shower. The floorboards creaked badly when you walked around the room (felt sorry for the people underneath) and the carpet had clearly seen better days. A nice long mirror in the room but no plugs nearby to do your hair or make up. Lighting not efficient for either of those tasks, wall light barely hanging on the wall and the general look of the room was very dated and shabby. For the money we expected a nicer room than we got and with a little money and effort it could have been. So for us not a particularly pleasant stay."

"Check-in requires a 10-pound handling fee. The service is very good. The facilities are relatively old, but the room is relatively clean. If you want to clean the room, you need to go to the front desk before 10 o'clock every day to request it. The transportation is very convenient. There is a subway station across the road, and Wembley Stadium is a five-minute walk away. The surrounding supermarkets, convenience stores, McDonald's, Chinese food, and fried chicken are all very convenient, basically only a five to ten-minute walk away"

Very Good
GGuest UserStayed here for an event at the stadium. It was perfect. Location, cleanliness, bar, food (breakfast). Only complaint is the self service check-in devices were not working so it took 25 minutes to check in
KKwanIf you’re going to Wembley for a concert it’s 10/10. Has everything around from supermarkets, food, shopping and station is less than a 5 minute walk. From Euston is around 45 minutes travel. Place is very clean and modern. Spacious and comfy. Vents a little too dusty tho and water pressure could be stronger.
GGuest UserCheck in and check out was awful. Nobody at the desk either time. When the guy checked me in he spent more time talking to his colleague rather than dealing with me. I asked about parking to which he told me to get my car to the gate and he’d let me in. Twice I pressed the bell until I was let in. Parking was limited and fairly tight. I’ve then gone back in to get my room key. The same guy told me to wait and then had absolutely no idea who I was even though I’d just spoke to him.
No receptionist at check out, told by the guy who had been in the restaurant that I’d have to wait while he rang someone who could assist. Whilst waiting a parcel delivery guy came in and he was told the same, wait for a receptionist. The lady arrived and asked me what I was delivering. Realising she had the wrong person she then proceeded to deal with the parcel 1st. This meant phoning the recipient of the parcel before attending to my checkout
TTak ChengLocation is good, apartment is spacious and clean. Some hiccup during checkin as the host did not give instructions to reception that online checkin has been completed so it took longer than necessary.
GGuest User1. The hotel's check-in instructions will be put in the trash by the mailbox, and we are not the only ones to encounter this. Therefore, the day before check-in, be sure to check the trash can in your mailbox.
2. The area around the apartment is very convenient. Costa cafes, supermarkets of various sizes, and street fast food restaurants are all very close.
3. The hotel has a parking lot, but you cannot choose it when booking. Therefore, you must contact the hotel via email one day in advance. After booking a parking space and paying the parking fee, you will receive instructions for entering and exiting the parking lot.
4. The apartment has two entrances, so you need to pay attention to which room you booked. The entrance with the smaller apt number is on the high road, next to the bus station. The entrance with the large apt number is at the entrance of a small road.
5. Do not try to contact the management staff by phone, because their phone numbers cannot be reached at all. However, they reply to emails very quickly.
SSwee CherGreat location, hotel is quite old, hot water is good. There is onsite parking, however the staff is rather unfriendly.
Services could be better. When we tried to ask for extended parking just to have lunch after check out, the answer was flat no. Attitude could be more friendly.
RRabbit0312The room was very tidy.
The location is right on the street, there is a bus stop in front of the door, and you will arrive at the hotel entrance as soon as you get off the bus.
The radiator in the room was on, and there was an extra electric heater, but I didn't use it.
