I love this hotel when I came to Utah for business: I was very this disappointed this time: 1st I got charge 3x by front desk, and then at check out I got charge double charged for the room. The front desk girl, her name was Lola, she was kind of rules instead of fixing my problem, she say her manager will be in at 9:00AM. My flights is at 9:00 AM. I also requested queen beds 3 months. I got stuck in a handicap room: Nowhere to hang up your shower towel. I am very disappointed with this hotel I came to Utah for thanksgiving for my son, and Spencer.

The breakfast options are great compared to what you normally get at other hotels. On site laundry and fitness center were clean and easily accessible. Great location. Lots of shopping and dining options.

The couch was broken and if you sat on the edge, you'd sink to the middle. Obviously an issue with just the room I was staying in.
The rest of the room was fine.
