The stay at the hotel was excellent. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff was very friendly and attentive. The food was exquisite. The hotel’s location was convenient. Overall, a very pleasant experience and highly recommended.

The reception staff are lovely and very friendly. Goowan (incorrect spelling, sorry) was very attentive. The room was excellent, very clean and well furnished. The night staff and grounds caretakers are also very friendly and work hard keep the place clean and well manicured. The food the restaurant serve is very good, but the menu is limited. We ate in the restaurant almost every evening, as we didn't realise there was other restaurants close by until the end of trip. Klub Kembali is 500metre away and serves fantastic food, cocktails and wine. The breakfast is good too and cooked to order, but similar to the all day menu, which ends at 9pm. The staff finish at 10pm but they will let you sit in the restaurant to relax or play chess. The staff are friendly but sometimes it was difficult to place an order. Sometimes it felt like we were bothering them. Tipping didn't change this. We had some lovely chats with the young a gentleman who served us sometimes. A main reason why we booked this hotel was for the very long pool to swim lengths, (maybe just under 25metres) which was great. You have to pick your time though because the water would smell a little off, as the day went on. Also this is child friendly hotel and the children were well behaved. There was no fridge in room and there seemed to be shortage of ice. We needed ice to keep lotions to bathe severe surfing sunburn. They did supply us with ice bucket but I think we had the only ice bucket.

I don’t understand the good ratings. Our room in the 1. Floor (Poolarea) had a bad, wet smell and we found a lot of mold on the ceiling. Therefore it wasn’t very clean especially in the bathroom (see the pictures). The facilities need some renovation and they also need someone who fixes their mold problem, seams like they overpainted the mold in the past. We changed the room the next day to the 2nd floor witch was better, still a weird smell but we couldn’t see mold. Breakfast also is NO buffet you get for example 1 omelette and 1 piece of bred of your choice and then you can take some fruits from the bar. Coffee from the machine witch is an extra charge wasn’t available when we where there (they where out of beans), the free coffee is simple instant coffee. All in all our stay here wasn’t as good as expected and we would recommend to come because the price is for Lombok still high but there are better places. It’s not a bad place but the reviews are better than reality.

We enjoyed our stay very very much, so much that we actually came back one day after we checked out - we just found our perfect place to stay in Lombok! Everything was on point, they have an amazing breakfast, super delicious food, everything was clean, beds are compfy, the pool is so good, the staff is aaaamazing, and the beach is really near, also very beautiful! 😍 Absolutely perfect stay and we will come back for sure! I can truly recommend it!😍 Also, we can recommend the best driver we had -＞ Agnung (+6287860155515). He was super nice, very positive, completely fair prices, drove us everywhere we wanted and was a wonderful guide when needed 😄 top recommend
