Finally got a ticket for the last game of the of the season but didnt realise this hotel was not in the city centre which was my fault, which was a blessing in disguise i think, this was really quiet and a good pub next door for some food and a few pints ahead of the match.

Don’t waste your money. I don’t normally write reviews but for the money I paid to stay at this hotel it is appalling!! I stayed here about a week ago and me and my children didn’t get any sleep. When we arrived the room was freezing cold and the room above us was like a Hurd of elephants ALL NIGHT. so I went to reception about 12am to sort this out and he was very rude with me and didn’t seem to care! Just sitting on a video call to someone which he wasn’t hiding…. The banging continued until about 4am. I waited at reception in the morning to complain about this and no one was there pressed the bell and waited nearly 10 minutes and no body come?? Definitely wouldn’t recommend this hotel

It was very good and the beds were soft. I also liked the long, cylinder bolster cushion and liked laying on it.😀 Also, the beds were comfy and the television was great. I liked how they had a menu for the restaurant on the table under the TV. Very good. I enjoyed my stay. Thank you, Premier Inn! Callum aged 10.

Staff (Jasmine) and (Aiden) both very intensive great welcome on reception went over & above made our stay so comfortable. Also Aiden on the bar clocked us soon as we stood by the bar & customer tried to jump the queue but Aiden knew we were next acknowledging we had been waiting, great drinks & friendly

This was our first time in a Premier Inn. We were very pleasantly surprised given the price. Receptionwas very friendly and efficient. Orr double room was well presented by Sally and the bed extremely comfortable. We did have breakfast across the car park in the pub owned by the group. The food was good and plentiful and again the staff very friendly. Parking was easy and it had an EV charger for our car. We will definitely us this and other Premier Inns again

What a lovely stay we had at the weekend,we were passing through and decided to stay and watch the football and have a meal after, sadly Wrexham lost but the day wasn't spoilt as we stayed overnight and relaxed ahead of a 3 hour journey home, quick breakfast in the morning really set us on our way.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Premier Inn & the staff were very welcoming, informative & helpful. The rooms were very good & the bed was so comfortable. We were there for a small family get together & it was perfectly placed for a base. The restaurant for breakfast literally a few steps opposite & was fantastic value for money & highly recommended. Definitely stay there again.
