房子性價比很高，房間衞生打掃的很乾凈整潔，室內採光也很好，睡得很舒服，這個價格住這裏我感覺還是挺划算的，值得推薦

衞生很好，旁邊是中南財經政法大學，有一條美食街，還有打印店，非常方便，老闆人也很好，服務周到，熱水供應充足。

位置很好找，就在政法西苑小吃街裏面，很方便。還不錯的選擇。 有很大的窗户，透氣還可以。能有個電扇就更好了。

怎麼説呢，非常老式的房子，洗手間的熱水器有年代了，空間也窄。樓下是夜宵街，晚上會吵到12：00。備考來這附近，感覺這條街都是這樣的房子。老闆人比較好，能給免費保存行李，入住前打掃衞生也很及時。但價格還是太貴了我覺得

快逃！！！史無前例，空前絕後！光住一晚上額外付40元空調費，試問誰家空調那麼猛，一晚上用三十幾度，僅是空調。主要是詳情頁未標明需另付空調按金，大有掛羊頭賣狗肉之勢。再具體到衞生間，可謂熱水，不過温涼在冷水之上。洗手枱之***竟然不夠容納兩雙成年人之手。被子黃中夾黴，透出講究的蒼涼，箇中滋味，衹能憋氣入睡。萬不可頭部藏於被中，否則定能切身感到挪動的油膩已成顆粒，與被共生。他者，圖文呈現:高檔耗電之空調，逼仄狹小之蹲廁，讓你立刻置於恐怖片的現場。不得不提，安全門鎖之防護無不可擊，讓壞人一步進入懷疑人生。
