Wuhan Hotels with Airport Shuttle

Entered the hotel to an absolutely wonderful lobby. To the right was a terrific bar that also serves cake and hot beverages. Our room was on the top floor - the executive floor. This gave us access to their lounge which was a great addition. It gave us a place to relax when inside the hotel with some snacks and beverages. I also very much enjoyed the massage chair in my room!  Finally, well stocked buffet for breakfast. Options are limited for “western “ foods but plenty of other options. Great stay!!

A great hotel but no AC (they say they have it but it simply doesn’t work) is probably a deal breaker for a lot of people. I wanted to like it more than I did because the room and amenities were good otherwise

Location is near mrt but it's more of like in a local area so it's not VV near to all the tourist attractions. But it's very convenient to take ”Di Di” around. - this hotel has laundry service as well!! Just have to wechat the receptionist and they will send a robot to receive your laundry!! After that, someone will hang the clean and dry clothes at your door knob. They do it very quickly as well! We send our clothes at night and receive them in the morning! - shower room and toilet are quite clean! We didn't use the bathtub but it looks clean as well~ - love the huge space given, the price per night is very affordable so if yall like big and comfortable space can choose this type of room - it has a gym as well, but don't have heavy weights, only baby weights. Have benches and treadmills. - they also have a convenience store right beside the reception. - very small hotel, only has three levels but it has been a really comfortable stay!! - since it's in a local area, please walk around to try their local food!! Some are really famous ones. Search on xhs to find~~

The hotel is in a prime location. Jiangtan Park is just across the road from the hotel. You can also enjoy the river view when taking a walk in the morning and evening. It is recommended to walk from the hotel to Jianghan Road for about 30 minutes. One way is to take photos of the night view of the Yangtze River along Jiangtan Park. The other way is the road behind the hotel, with many historical buildings along the way. The waiter on the 23rd floor cleaned the room in a timely manner and the bed was comfortable for sleeping. The hotel's indoor swimming pool is clean and sparsely populated and not open to the public. The breakfast is rich and has a variety of specialties. The Thai food in the revolving restaurant on the 41st floor is delicious. I visited the Hubei Museum, the Wuchang Uprising Memorial Hall, the Yellow Crane Tower, and the Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street. The food and snacks are affordable. Looking forward to the next in-depth tour.

The whole hotel smells good, the rooms are big and well-equipped. We checked in very late at night. The front desk manager Zong Fan was very enthusiastic to check us in. The young man was tall, handsome and enthusiastic about work👍👍👍 The next day, when we were about to go out of the hotel to play, we met the manager Huang Guowei, who was also very enthusiastic. We asked several questions and he answered them immediately. He was very familiar with the hotel and the surrounding area and gave us a lot of good suggestions👍👍👍 If I have the opportunity to come to Wuhan in the future, I will continue to stay in this hotel. It is a good deal if I stay here👍👍👍

Location: About 10min walk from the main jianghan pedestrian street. Very close to to top class spa if need massage after a long tiring day Facilities: As newly opened, facilities are new. Surprisingly, it comes with free washing machine and dryer at #5. Food: Couple of local food options around the hotel for quick bites. If walk for 5min, there is a food street and ”Da Pai Dang” behind the hotel Service: The lady reception manager with black suit is very customer centric, always providing patience and advisory from questions asked. She There is a customer service manager (grey suit) whom pro-actively asked for feedback and improvement. She also offered free coffee to us after understanding some positive feedback on facility improvement. Overall: Very satisfied with the consistent service and professionalism by Wanda

Hotel located near the hankou rail station, it is easy for me to travel, but not a walking distance. Nearby walking distance got a shopping mall, Wanda plaza.

I expected a little better from the pictures on the Trip.com, but I wasn’t totally disappointed. The hotel is in a great location, near to 江汉路 and metro lines. The welcome received by the staff was also good; they were competent and ready to help. They don't offer buffet, but you can choose from 5 different Chinese breakfast sets, which seemed all tasty, and have it delivered to your room. The only flaws I found were the lack of lights and the soundproofing of the bedroom. The lights are all very dim compared to the standard 4-star hotel, especially in the shower and toilet. Also, the sink is quite rusty. Despite other reviews praising the soundproof walls, I was actually bothered during my stay and couldn't keep the window open. Otherwise, the loud noises from outside would be unbearable.

The rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated. Different rooms have different themes. Many details such as coffee tables and decorative sculptures highlight the hotel's care. The elderly and children travel together and are very satisfied with the room. The hotel is in a good location, very convenient for travel, and there are many kinds of food around. It is the best choice for a parent-child trip. The staff are very good. If you encounter a problem, they will come to solve it within 5 minutes. It feels like home. Next time I come to Wuhan, I will choose Wyndham Garden Hotel!

Because the business trip company is near the hotel, it is now also a regular guest in the store. When checking in at the front desk, the staff remembered that I preferred the habit of bright rooms. They took the initiative to arrange a room with a wide view. They also gave a welcome fruit service intimately. Although there were some episodes, However, the staff handled it in a timely manner, responded to everything, and the details were thoughtful and warm. After the hotel details were raised, the store immediately corrected and trained. Of course, I also saw the rectification. It is worthy of praise. The breakfast in the store is relatively rich. For the same stall, I also introduced my colleagues to live later. They also said that they were very good. I hope the hotel is getting better and better.
