Overall it was good, not many people were staying, the front desk took the initiative to upgrade the room, and also took the initiative to pour tea, it was really not noisy at night! The room was quite clean, but there was no table, which was inconvenient to use the computer! The atrium on the third floor was the restaurant, but I left early the next day and didn't see what the breakfast was like!

The room type originally didn't have a refrigerator, which was a bit disappointing. I had to pay to upgrade to a room type with a refrigerator, but it wasn't upgraded. I learned something new. Generally, a refrigerator is a must in hotel rooms. It was my own carelessness and I can't blame anyone else. The breakfast was OK, but some of the food was cold. It would be better if there was an induction cooker to keep it hot. The dry noodles were very delicious and deserve a thumbs up.

Very good, the front desk was enthusiastic and handled the check-in in time. They also helped to upgrade the room type. It is also close to the surrounding attractions. I went to the Yellow Crane Tower, East Lake, Hubu Lane of the Yangtze River Bridge, and Jianghan Road. The distance is not far. The room was cleaned by the lady in charge. It is very close to the subway station.

Great clean hotel with nice bar, outdoor area and big rooms. Our room was on the 2nd floor with a bath, fridge, lux bathroom, large TV and super comfortable bed. Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel also has laundry facilities with a quick turnaround. Hotel also mentions it has a 'gym' however this just one treadmill. The location is within walking distance to Yellow Crane, Hubei lane and Yangtze River. Closest metro is around 15 min walk, which can be an effort if you are venturing other parts of the city often. Overall very luxurious stay with nice bar to relax at before the night begins!

Every time I encountered a problem, she always helped to deal with it as soon as possible, and took the initiative to ask if there were any other needs. The service was meticulous. The room was clean and comfortable, the bedding was clean and soft, and the hygiene details were very well done, so I felt at ease staying there. The breakfast was rich in variety and tasted great, especially the freshly cooked noodles and fresh fruits, which made people full of energy for the whole day. Overall, this accommodation experience exceeded expectations, especially Qiqi's enthusiastic service impressed me.
