The twin room we stayed in this time was so satisfying! The room was spotlessly clean, the sheets and quilt covers were white and fresh, the floor was as smooth as new, and even the bathroom was sparkling. The disinfection was thorough, making people feel at ease staying there. The two 1.5-meter beds are spacious and comfortable, and it won't be crowded at all when living with family. The front desk was warm and thoughtful, and took the initiative to help us arrange a quiet high floor; the housekeeper would carefully tidy up the room and replenish mineral water every day; when we needed more hangers and towels, they were delivered as soon as we hung up the phone. It was raining on the day of check-out, and the waiter reminded us to bring an umbrella. This kind of warm service really makes people want to come again! Absolutely five-star recommendation~

The hotel has an elegant environment. I have stayed here many times and I am very satisfied with it! ! The front desk staff always serve with a smile. When checking in, they will also ask if you need anything. They also gave small gifts to children who came here before. It is really good to have a free room upgrade every time I come. The shower glassdoor seal frame was faulty but the staff just sealed it back without having to use any glue or sealant so we had to be very careful whenever we use the shower room throughout our stay. Water temperature fluctuates in the shower too. Fridge was very mini and had a bit foul smell. Unaware of the nearest metro entrance of line 6 was closed so we had to cross the traffic light to use the other one. Lifts were quite slow perhaps due to it was shared between another hotel in the same building. Overall i only like the layout of the room.
