凌晨回去門鎖打不開，前台跑了2趟説是門鎖沒電了，房卡刷不開，阿姨拿鑰匙搞了半天。房間地毯上還有用過的別針。早上8點多走廊吵得要死。

房間很舒適，窗外就能看到長江。

十分的差，入住時房間沒人打掃，洗漱台全是水漬。開窗吵，不開窗悶，空調沒風，被子又厚。關了窗子也一點不隔音，在高架橋旁邊，吵了一夜沒睡。晚上打電話給前台反應，前台把我一沖，説：你不就花了這點錢住的嘛，還想怎麼樣？怎麼？我花了230開的房間，不能睡個好覺嗎？你這裡是龍宮嗎？金陵酒店倆百不到也不像你這樣。你這酒店是什麼態度？我是花你錢住房間了嗎？難怪衹能接團購訂單，本地人不去呢，沒人去是有原因。第一次碰到這麼奇葩氣人的酒店，真是垃圾到家了。

前台服務很好，衞生很乾凈

當天晚上到店已經8點多了，來了個旅行團，前面排隊近20人，前台衹有一個人辦理入住手續，辦個入住居然耗時近一小時，孩子的哭鬧和旅客的抱怨聲更讓前台的應急預案顯得蒼白。
