服務態度好，設定也蠻好，訂兩天的特價房前台給我升級到舒適房，打掃衞生工作的服務員也很客氣，房間裏有兩瓶免費的礦泉水，我喝了不夠，服務員多給我一瓶。還説再要還給，整個服務態度也不錯。

環境很好，週末過來旅遊隨機選了個酒店，就在太湖邊上，到梅園還有黿頭渚都很方便，最主要停車方便，旁邊就是各種商業廣場，晚上回來了吃飯，夜宵，唱歌也很方便，下次還會再來，也感謝阿姨的服務，給我找回遺落在房間的東西

空調運行時較大的噪音，將風速調至低可以緩解。
空調機本身應該沒有問題，可能是安裝時沒做好機身固定，導致風速較大時，機身共振產生噪音。

酒店在管社山莊公園附近，環境優美，我們為了去黿頭渚看櫻花定的這裏，走到管社山莊碼頭20分鐘，快艇過去都不用排隊，賽過VIP通道，非常方便快捷。酒店周邊遊玩的地方很多，除了管社山莊公園，黿頭渚，還有榮氏梅園和環太湖大道，景色都很好，可以遊玩幾天。酒店房間整潔乾淨，設施齊全，還有投影電視，中式早餐也很豐盛。酒店的服務周到超出我們想象，前台接待很熱情，送的富氫水很特別但不能加熱，知道我們想喝熱水，主動為我們燒熱水，因為不是週末，還幫我們升級了房間標準。這個價格真的是物超所值，以後來無錫太湖玩還住你家。

好好好，黿頭渚周邊性價比非常高的酒店!前台服務貼心，有求必應！周圍吃的選擇很多。映月路上的櫻花燦爛得比同時期的黿頭渚櫻花谷都毫不遜色。加上離梅園近，真的非常方便。

我們在酒店被浴室置物架劃傷，流了一大片毛巾的血，當天晚上問酒店要了創口貼，第二天早上我們想更換創口貼結果説你們不提供了，創口貼是什麼很難提供的東西嗎？反映了這個安全隱患之後，酒店也不給一點説法和賠償，最起碼的道歉都沒有，如果你們處理問題是這個服務態度我衹能差評
