This is probably the worst hotel experience I've had. First of all, the air conditioner was not working making my nights impossible to bear because it was quite hot. I explained to the cleaning lady that the air conditioner wasn't working and just ignored the problem even after seeing the problem herself.
I went to the recepcionist to ask for a room change but SHE WAS ASLEEP!!! This is so ridiculous!
The room was also not the cleanest and it was in fact quite old. Even if a hotel is 3 stars, cleanliness should be a priority but it seems like it's optional here.

The location is close to the railway station. There is a bus stop next to the hotel. It takes only five minutes to walk to the subway station. There are small shops and supermarkets nearby. It's just that the location is not a big business district. It used to be a veteran four-star hotel! The rooms are generally clean and tidy, but the hotel facilities are indeed a bit old.

過年期間入住，總枱白天幾乎看不到有人，晚上更沒人了，不可思議。可以改自助酒店了。總枱在2樓，從1樓到2樓要扛箱子走上去的，電梯不開的，是擺設，1樓直達電梯不停2樓的，總枱在2樓辦完入住再坐2樓的電梯上去房間，2樓的電梯就等同於1樓的電梯。

這是多年來最差的一次住酒店的感受，設施就是擺設 ，衞生差差差，進房間就是一股臭味撲面而來，衞生間的味道惡臭至極，打總枱電話沒人接，衹能熬一夜…無語😓

早訂好的酒店國慶漲價了就不想讓我們住，早上打電話説什麼水管壞了，沒有空房了，死纏爛打讓我們去旗下一個破公寓住，但是軟件上明明就有空房間！旅遊這麼多年，第一次見到態度這麼惡劣的酒店，簡直是給無錫抹黑！想賺錢先學會做人吧！
住宿環境也一般，酒店跟老，根本不值這個價錢！

酒店位於市中心，給我的感受就是交通便利，周邊吃喝玩樂都比較方便。酒店經過重新裝修後整體的檔次和舒適性都提高了，服務人員也比較熱情，整體都比較滿意，以後出差來還住這裏。

酒店不錯，乾淨衞生，晚上空調一開很舒適，這裏很方便，地理位置好，去無錫惠山古鎮就2站路，很好的風景，古鎮裏去錫惠公園觀了天下第二泉，四大名園之一寄暢園，古鎮裏好多小吃，太撐了。晚上去的無錫南長街，太好玩了，坐遊船，賞民房，嘗小吃，又吃撐了。
