Enjoyed our stay here! Walkable distance from metro station. Some nice food downstairs (especially the xlb store). Hotel checked us in when we reached early. Service from the ladies at the reception was very good, fast delivery when requested for items to room as well. Free washing machine and dryers provided. When there was a queue for it, hotel sent a staff to help with the washing and drying. Very very good service! One thing that can be improved is the air conditioning. Booked 2 rooms, aircon in 1 room was faulty and checked room the 2nd night but that room had cigarette smell (inconsiderate guest). Reception applologied and sent us back with gift. Would definitely consider staying again when I'm back here!

The location is excellent, just in the southern section of Nanchang Street, a few steps to the Spring Festival Gala, a little distance from the commercial street, quiet in the bustling city. It is far from the subway, and it is convenient to take a taxi by walking a few steps from the hotel to the road. With the windows closed, the music outside is not too loud, and it slowly quiets down after 10 o'clock in the evening. The facilities are new, and the TV can be projected. Tea was given when checking in, free Coke in the mini bar, and there were small gifts when leaving. The cleaning lady was polite. There was also a small episode. There was a funeral ceremony for an old man who died in the residential area near the hotel, and there were music and drums at 5 o'clock in the morning. The hotel informed in advance and gave a fruit plate to explain that the noise was not caused by the hotel, which shows that the service is still thoughtful.

When I go out for travel, I always choose Atour. I am very satisfied with all aspects and the price-performance ratio is also very high. This time I stayed at Atour X Hotel, and the girl at the front desk also gave me two free breakfasts, which was an unexpected surprise.

The hotel is very convenient for transportation. Metro Line 3 is just outside the door, and Wuxi Station is only 20 minutes away! It takes only about half an hour to go to other scenic spots by subway, which is much more convenient than driving! The room is fully equipped, the bathroom is very comfortable, the bedding is also good, the windows are also very soundproof, and the rest is very comfortable!

This hotel is located country side from Wuxi but is very well located close to the main attractions such as Lingshan Giant Buda Statue and Nianhuawan Park. The personal is incredible and gave us a tremendous support: scheduling shuttle bus some times out of the official schedule, having someone that speak English during main office hours, etc. The facilities are very clean, just an slightly smell of old wood in the hotel but nothing to be worried. The restaurant offers just Chinese food, but the quality is very good.

Hotel is really beautiful! Food is great! I’m so surprised that they offer miso soup at breakfast! They told me that they the miso was made in house. Restaurant on the top floor has splendid views, two persons dinner is excellent! Will stay here again next time when I visit Wuxi.

I was deeply impressed by the service at Li Cheng Donggu Hotel. The staff were warm and considerate, and the rooms were clean and tidy with complete facilities. The breakfast is rich in variety and tastes good. The hotel has a strategic location and convenient transportation. There are many dining and shopping places nearby. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and I will stay here again next time.

I was very close to the starting point of the marathon, and there was breakfast at 6 o'clock in the morning today. The front desk is also very nice. Also help to collect the courier. grateful.

This time I stayed at the Orange Crystal Changjiang North Road store, it really gave me a big surprise. I must come to praise it and make a reference for my friends behind! In the past, living in orange crystal felt quite satisfactory, but this one completely subverted the impression and experienced five stars. When checking in, the service was super intimate, and it was directly upgraded to a suite. I was happy to burst ～ The room is spacious, bright and warm, the details are superb, hangers, hair dryers, bedside lamps and other small objects are all attentive. The suite has its own terrace. It is too pleasant to blow the evening breeze at night and enjoy the night view of the city. The hotel also has an independent compound, parking is super convenient, greenery is good, full of green eyes. The breakfast the next day was even more amazing, there were cherries in the fruit area, and the quality was rare in the same file. In short, the service, facilities, catering, parking, and environment are impeccable. I recommend it to every friend who travels and come back next time!
