酒店設施不錯，一切操控盡在小度掌控之中，特別是抽水馬桶很高擋，比一般的五星級酒店配置還要上擋次。早餐不錯，食材足夠。停車位少，餐廳太小，人多了根本沒地方坐。服務質量尚待提高。

早餐挺好吃，種類不算少，吃的挺飽的，提前看攜程做功課，房間房卡太薄不好掃描，三秒斷一次電，不過前台給換卡了

房間大，設施比較新，地暖開得很足。
服務有待提升。前台不認識已辦理入住的住客，連住兩晚的情況下，第二天非要再查驗身份證，説是入住時沒有錄入，然而卻説得出住客的姓名。如果沒有錄入，前台又怎麼會知道住客的姓名？硬是讓人上樓拿證件，事後沒有一句道歉。

前台美女服務好，客房服務員比較熱情細心，房間寬敞明亮，每個房間設計獨具風格，房間床睡覺比較舒服，地暖特別暖和，早餐比較豐盛，味道不錯，交通比較便利，酒店離景區很近，窗外就能看到河流和山景，悦酒店是你出差旅行的好住處！

規模比較大，是武鄉縣城最好的酒店之一。裝修很新，總體比較有設計感，房間內外各類設施也比較齊全，智能馬桶和飲水機都是亮點。服務態度好，衞生條件不錯，早餐豐盛，總體性價比較高。但也有一些細節有待改進：一是房卡因較薄無法取電，導致房內每隔30秒就斷電，經詢問前台才送來專用取電卡，這一點應提前向顧客説明；二是房間地暖太熱，以至於必須開窗降温；三是衹有網絡電視而沒有有線直播信號，老年人無法看電視；四是酒店沒有專用停車場，車輛衹能停在酒店前的便道上，稍有不便；五是六層電梯出口樓層地面比電梯地面高出5釐米，雖經前台提前提醒，但店方似可考慮將地面打磨為斜面，徹底解決這一安全隱患。

酒店很不錯，建議大家前來，服務也好，衞生不錯。但是，各位朋友來住酒店，千萬別來酒店的五樓郝家宴會廳吃飯，前台服務人員傲慢無禮，態度非常差，再看到郝老闆的招牌，真心覺得砸自己招牌，建議郝老闆好好管管五樓餐廳吧，不論怎樣，態度都是第一位。給五樓餐廳差評，建議大家別來吃飯，要不飯沒吃，把自己氣飽了。
