武夷山下梅老家民宿，位於村頭，房間裏設施簡樸，乾淨衞生，從窗户遠望，有鬱鬱葱葱的茶山，還有奔流不息的流水，就是夜深人靜的時候，有點吵。

房間設施太一般了，用水有點不盡人意，什麼地方出來的水都是有顏色的，老闆就給了一卷紙、房卡、一次性的浴巾，然後什麼都不管了，實事求是説他是開飯莊的，順便弄了幾個房間，我對這很是不舒服的，不是前那位朋友評論那樣，對我們城市來的人不太適合，謝謝給我有個機會評論一下。

酒店在古民居景點入口處，有玩下梅景點的方便。去武夷山風景區的，不建議居住，相比其他地方酒店距離遠一些，而且正好在修路。老闆比較佛系，可能主營餐飲，不怎麼管理客房，住了兩晚，沒有做衞生，沒有添置洗髮水沐浴露紙巾。環境還行，吃飯方便，價格正常。下梅景點裏一家店的大紅袍拌麪挺好吃。

房間鄰水，落地窗可以很好的觀賞山景，窗外還有小溪，可以聽到潺潺流水聲，很是治癒。民宿遠離城市，晚上十分寂靜，睡眠障礙者福音。食材可以自選，價格也很公道，味道很不錯，尤其是魚湯和酸筍，魚湯鮮美，酸筍開胃。

2個訂單，還安排住在隔壁，安排不太合理。隔壁的人，一直吵到凌晨，從床頭到走廊。圖片也有差距，噪音比較大，外面的玻璃關不上，河邊的水聲一般人覺得比較重。空房那麼多，沒有隔開安排，不太合理。

乾淨，衞生，設施設備齊全。位置極佳，位於下梅村村口，交通便利，不遠就是公共停車場。老闆一家熱情，周到，餐食可口，價格公道，，值得推薦。

臨水而息，是我喜歡的，老闆燒的一手好菜，老闆娘美麗又熱情，吃飽到房間外的小河裡可以抓魚找小石子，因為是淡季遊客不多臨走老闆還讓我一起吃個便飯送行，簡直太美好，推薦入住👍
