我第一次碰到訂了兩間同樣的房間，結果拿到房卡一看才知道是不同樓層，問了前台服務生，説是房間已經被訂滿了。如果不是我自己看到，前台的根本就沒有和我解釋，服務態度很不好。下次不會再入住了
