The hotel's facilities were absolutely top-notch and truly fantastic. The breakfast was incredibly diverse and delicious. The staff were all very friendly, which made our entire trip even more enjoyable.
Above all, I would like to give special thanks to Berry, the manager of the Red Lounge on the 5th floor. During our stay, she enthusiastically helped us with all our travel questions and provided outstanding service at the Red Lounge with such a kind and professional manner.

We stayed in the Gran Melia Xi’an Hotel as part of our family holiday in China. Compared with another international chain hotel (also five star) in Beijing we stayed, Gran Melia is way better. The room is spacious, comfortable and spotless clean. The breakfast is heaven, so many varieties in both Chinese and Western food. This is the best opportunity to try local Xi’an Street food. The food in executive lounge is divine -top quality French, Spanish, Japanese cuisine and drinks for dinner are available free for executive guests. One of the best executive lounge in China so far. We want to thank all the staff we dealt with -at the front desk, concierge, accommodations, executive lounge team, the restaurant & kitchen in the hotel for their superb professional high standard service during our stay. We feel so lucky to book with the Gran Melia Xi’an and we will definitely come back again and again. And we’ll be happy to try Gran Melia in other cities in China. Thanks again for all your help. Excellent hotel with a great location close to the city’s main attractions — all within walking distance. The service was outstanding, and the breakfast was varied and delicious, including fresh-pressed juices. There was a minor issue with the shower in the room, but the engineering team arrived promptly and resolved it quickly. Overall, a wonderful stay.

I had an amazing stay at Gran Melia Xi'an. The hotel's blend of traditional and modern architecture is stunning. My room was spacious, with a beautiful view, comfortable amenities, and excellent Wi-Fi.
The dining options are fantastic, especially the Amber Palace Indian Restaurant. The fitness center, indoor pool, and spa were great for relaxation.
Located near Tang Paradise and the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, it's perfect for sightseeing. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Overall, a luxurious and memorable experience. Highly recommend!

Hotel slightly old but facilities good, spa (scalp treatment)in the hotel is excellent, executive level food was okay (timing slot too short and selection limited, good dessert and fruit) but excellent service，breakfast is good with some local selections
