It was hard to find at first but I’m glad I managed to find the hotel. Staff were good. Wonderful environment. Conveniently placed by shopping mall. Take the subway rather than a cab downtown to look at the old wall- it’s faster. Cabs can take up to an hour when it’s busy.

The hotel is very clean and near a small shopping mall with a good selection of restaurants. During my visit the wi-fi was very slow. The indoor swimming pool is in another building about 20 metres along the street.

Booked a room for a friend. I went to Xi’an for a two-day visit. The housekeeper called in advance to ask my friend’s arrival time. The hotel has an airport pick-up and drop-off service. Ask if you need it. I pick up my friends to the hotel. After arriving at the store, I even upgraded the room for my friend. The arrangement of the two rooms together is very thoughtful. The room is clean and tidy, and the toiletries are also available. The staff helped with the luggage and introduced the room. Afterwards, the housekeeper, Xiao He, brought exquisite fruits, children's toiletries, and slippers to the room. When ordering food, a robot will deliver it to the room. The kids love it too.
