西安非常好，玩的逛的吃飯的都有，真的出乎意料的好，酒店性價比很高，前台服務員小王服務非常好，大床房很大很舒服，晚上打電話到前台需要幫助都有回覆，服務態度非常好，房間裏衞浴窗簾是自動的，洗漱台還有內衣洗衣液洗面奶洗手液等等，設施非常到位，洗衣房健身房都有，這個價位真的很值，而且還有早餐，品種豐富，但是該有的都有，相當滿意，值得推薦哦。

第一次入住這家，環境很好，房間乾淨又很温馨，大廳有書吧，還有健身房洗衣房這些，早餐種類多 口味也好，周邊交通也方便。前台和門口的安保人員都非常熱情，尤其是前台的微笑服務很到位，推薦！

西安好玩的地方太多了，到西安這麼多天，酒店住過很多，這家酒店最好，高端又温馨，房間夠大，床夠大，我們住着很寬敞。前台小丹服務熱情周到，還給我們送了小紅旗，棒棒糖，小孩子非常喜歡，最後説一下早餐，中西結合，簡單美味，味道非常好，環境非常好，衞生做的也好，下次有機會還會住這家酒店的，我們住的很喜歡。

酒店房間設計不錯乾淨衞生，房間比較隔音樓層高比較安靜，酒店門前有停車位，距離樂薈中心很近，購物吃飯都比較方便，距離不夜城有3公里左右，鼓樓7公里左右，距離西安自然博物館1公里，附近有地鐵都比較方便。
住這裏相對比住不夜城，鼓樓附近性價比高。

這家三星級酒店位置還算便利，周邊有一些商業設施和交通站點。酒店外觀中規中矩，內部裝修風格較為傳統。大堂的空間不算特別寬敞，但佈置得較為整潔。房間的衞生情況良好，不過整體佈置缺乏一些特色和新意。服務人員的態度比較平淡，沒有特別熱情但也不至於冷漠。辦理入住和退房的速度一般，有時會出現排隊等待的情況。對於客人的需求響應速度尚可
餐廳的菜品選擇相對較少，口味也衹能説是中規中矩。早餐的種類不夠豐富，品質還有提升的空間。
總體來説，這家三星級酒店在各方面表現較為一般。雖然沒有明顯的硬傷，但也缺乏亮點。如果衹是作為臨時的住宿選擇，勉強可以接受，但如果對住宿品質有較高要求的話，可能會有些失望。

房間衞生乾淨，前台服務特別好，我們來的很晚，酒店小宋還給我們打了電話，問我們幾點到，給我們準備了小零食，房間安排的也很滿意，因為忘了帶隱形眼鏡護理盒，沒想到前台也有，還有免費的洗衣房和健身房點贊👍🏽

我們好幾次來西安了，這次選擇的這家店服務真的非常好。小樑給我們辦的入住，我們年紀大不會操作手機小樑很熱情跑出來幫我們操作服務真的很滿意，還幫我們送了他們的小零食。剛開始先住了一天，房間設施都還可以，我們就在往後續住了兩天，環境整體都還不錯，這次來西安體驗很好，下次來還會選擇的。

這是住過的最差的酒店，每天各種電話騷擾，客房不敲門就直接在睡覺的時候進來，在諮詢酒店的時候就一直推銷辦卡，不辦就態度差。酒店消防設施出問題誣陷訛詐消費者。在客户不在場時捏造“證據”遲遲不去鑒定漏水原因。標榜自己是新酒店其實設施陳舊，衞生間漏水。服務人員不專業並且態度很差，客人還未離店，不辦卡就給臉色看刪客人好友！
