1. The level of disrespect for guests here is astonishing. I had the Do Not Disturb light on, and the lady from the lobby first decided to call me just to tell me that the hotel offers cleaning (the phone is very loud, thank you for letting me learn this) and after I ignored the call she just showed up at my room, opening the door without my consent! And what is even worse, this situation repeated itself the next day, while I was trying to take a nap! I've never encountered this level of inconsiderateness from hotel staff before, and surely did not expect it at this price point.
2. The door leading to the main road is locked for no apparent reason (there is even a sign that says "do not lock this door"), so guests are forced to use the taxi drop-off door and go around the building every time. I think this says a lot about the management's attitude.

Good hotel . Good location.
But please make renovation or reduce the price. Renovation is more than 20 years old. The room is old with dirt that impossible to wash off

Good hotel, well located. Good breakfast and gym. The pool is recreative, not suitable for swimmers. The rooms are old, and so are the air-conditioning units that are noisy and sometimes do not work, like happened to us. Our room had a weird configuration with windows from the bedroom to the bathroom, so, no privacy. We had to hang some towels to block the visuals and have your moment, to yourself. If you are ok with sharing "those" moments with your companions, then, not a big issue. The hotel staff is friendly and very helpful.

We had a great weekend stay here. The staff was lovely with out 10-month baby. Breakfast was delicious and the play area for kids was perfect. Good location.
