Everything was great. Thanks to the Guo Guo at reception for upgrading room!!
Literally on the doorstep of attractions.
Nice club lounge for a drink and snack.
Only complaint was aircon in living room was malfunctioning now and again.
Swimming pool was small and changing room could be cleaner but I guess it's outsourced to an external company...

The hotel was wonderful. Room was spacious and clean, although a little tired and could use some renovation, but the amenities are so great that it covers. Bedding was so comfortable and the texture was so great! Staff are all super friendly, polite and helpful. I really enjoyed my time here. After a day of sightseeing, it really felt like returning to home. Only thing is that it’s a bit of a walk to the metro station. But I love how it is so close to the museum!

The looks and feel of the hotel is nostalgic. A bit old in terms of the room that we stayed in. As Xi’an is known for its spicy food, it’s a reprieve to have some non-spicy options provided at breakfast. The spread for the buffet dinner is nice and filling.
Overall it’s a great place to stay-in and relax.

The Westin has a prime location which saved us a lot of time on visiting the grand tang mall and longest day Chang’an. The staff Nico and her team are very swift and efficient responding to our requests. They also offer high quality breakfast.
The only thing we are not very impressed is the dark theme color of the room as we like the bright and light interior color. But I guess that is the ancient Chinese style.
